Stopped in for dinner and dessert with grandparents after a long day of activities. It really hit the spot! Got the food that they would eat and the dessert everyone wanted.
My only complaint is that the tables were grimy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned let alone sanitized. The bathroom was also kind of a situation. If I thought there were any adults running the place I would have dropped to three stars, but I think in the end the kids were all right.
Have some really cool pictures of the first Dairy Queens (Didn’t realize they started in this region), early Dairy Queen photos and memorabilia, and a really tricked-out Dairy Queen Milk-Wagon sitting in front. You should check it out!

If you’re in the 61614/61615 area and craving a sweet treat, this spot is a must-visit! The service was impressively fast — my order was ready so quick it was quite the surprise :). The ice cream is absolutely delicious, with a creamy texture and rich flavor that stands out from the rest. Whether you go classic or try one of their creative specialty flavors, you won’t be disappointed. The shop itself is very clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for families, dates, or a quick solo stop. Located in a prime spot with easy parking and nearby shopping, it’s super convenient and easy to get to. The staff was friendly and professional, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. If you’re in 61614/61615, don’t miss out—this place earns a solid 5 out of 5 stars!

French fries and hamburger were ok but this sausage that seems dryer than the old lady from SpongeBob that time when he was selling chocolate bars made my meal a horror story.

Got a banana split…well that’s what I ordered. There was hardly any ice cream and the toppings were in the bottom under it. Very disappointed. The malt my spouse ordered was like water. Not coming here again. Not a consistent place at all.

Mush ice cream. I have been coming here with my wife for years, but this is the last time. This is the most inconsistent DQ around. One time it’s good, and the next, my ice cream is slightly more viscous than milk. The quality of their ice cream is subpar compared to others in Illinois. I would recommend going to Culver’s instead as their quality and price are a great value over this DQ.

Hello dairy queen. I did contact the address you sent. Did NO good. Said these are franchise places and the Knoxville dairy queen is responsible. So I say to you…. Don’t expect us to come back. You do not stand behind your ownership and instead pass the buck to corporate who does nothing. Won’t be surprised to hear dairy queen follows the rest of the closing restaurants in Peoria. Bye bye …
I don’t understand something. Dairy queen offers for 7.00 a single cheeseburger fries sundae and soft drink. So one would think 14.00 plus tax. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers 1 fry and one onion ring. No drink no sundae and the cost was 19.00. What the heck??????? Last call for me and their special offers. North Knoxville dairy queen.

$30.00 for 5 burnt onion rings and two burgers…. last time here. What’s the excuse. Unlike the people there I work for my money. Thanks for waisting it.

Every time I enter the building I’m always greeted with a “Hello”. The lobby is clean, tables are taken care of and the staff stay busy. There’s a gentleman there that stands out due to his red bow tie. He has a good heart and a good head on his shoulders.
