So we are annual pass holders and this is our go to spot for lunch when we are at the park. The food is great as far as park food goes and my son loves the cinnamon dessert pizza. The selection of pizza and pasta is good and the salad bar is awesome. So onto a few suggestions for improvement. First we have the refillable coke cups that are activated. It would be really nice to not force individuals to purchase a drink as part of the buffet. We already activated our cups, how hard would it be to implement a freestyle station in there so we don’t have to pay again for a drink? Second service at this part of the park is hit or miss. Sometime it is the most model of model citizens and other times it is not good at all. Yesterday we had brought some friends to the park to visit for the first time. They have a son who is tall for his age but is 12. I also have a child who is 12 and short for his age. The young lady at the register repeatedly kept entering them as adults even after we asked the age range for children’s price for the buffet and told her that they qualified. She got very snarky and said there was no way they were 12. After insisting they were she offered to give my son the discount but nastily refused their son. She literally rang the order up 6 times and then had to get someone over there to help her and said “I can’t figure this out I’m new here. ” This primarily is the reason for the lower 3 star mark. I would normally give a 4 star based on the other issue I mentioned. I will come back again as we love eating there, but I hope that this review will serve as a reminder that although the customer isn’t always right they are typically right 95 percent of the time. If something is borderline and will keep a guest happy and is not a huge cost to you, do it. Also attitude is huge. The attitude with how she said what she said was the kicker.

For $20 per adult and $13 per kid, the food was absolutely not worth it.
We used to eat here before they shut down during covid and the pizza itself changed from circular to square cut “deep dish” pizza.
I use deep dish loosely, because it was 90% hard and dry crust. My group of 8 was actually trying to steer each other to pieces of pizza that were “better than the others”. The best thing about the entire buffet was the salad bar, which was not fully stocked and the salad dressing containers were sticky or wet.
We are annual pass holders for the 3rd year in a row and will not be returning.

I thought I reviewed this place before, but I suppose I never got around to it. The Pizza & Pasta buffet was better a few months ago (approximately). There was a recent change to the pizza itself, where before it was of the hand-tossed, circular, variety. However, now it is a thick-type with very little cheese and sauce.

When we went a few days ago, we were surprised with the pizza change and asked the staff about it. He mentioned that the “higher-ups in management” decided to change it. Everyone was avoiding the edges and were going for the middle of the pizza that actually had the cheese, sauce, and toppings. To make matters worse, most of the pizza was crunchy/burnt in the bottom. I suspect the staff still hasn’t gotten the process down after they switched from the thinner hand-tossed to the thicker style.

The pasta (alfredo or meat sauce) was alright, and the salad option looked and tasted ok. The fountain drink stations were in a bit of disarray. These machines had some selections without any syrup, or they were missing some of the levers to actually engage the dispensing.

The dessert pizza options were ok, just make sure you don’t get a slice that is too toasted or burnt on the bottom.

Our family usually goes here at least once every time we visit Legoland over a few day span, and we tend to go back every 3-4 months. However, with this recent change, we will definitely pass. I would rather they raised the price a dollar or two, and not change the pizza recipe.

For those that do go in here, remember that you can use your annual passholder for some percent off your bill.

Maybe it’s because we got there early, but everything was fresh and the pizza wad actually really good. The salad bar had everything stocked and the pasta was good. Overall plenty of seating and clean.

Chaotic. Employees are very “Eeyore” from Winnie the Pooh. Food at dinner time was empty and messy. Felt like a cheaper CiCi’s pizza buffet. Asked an employee to fill the salad bar and he shrugged and said ok. Sauces for salad bar were not being refrigerated with the rest of the banes. I did contact the health department as I noticed they had sat out on counter unrefrigerated, undated and unlabeled for at least the duration of our meal (about 1 hour). The pizza was just ok. Crust was good. Macaroni was great but all “cheap” food it’s not homemade tasting of course. Dessert was very very MEH. I would NOT dine here again if I visit legoland. Not worth the price!

Food was terrible, dry, and old. Most of the food bar was empty and gross. Atmosphere was insulting to the idea of Italian cuisine. Workers were angry, and unhelpful. For $25 a person, this is a pure scam

So the pizza is whatever, the pasta is inedible, and the salad bar was left completely empty for the hour we were there. They finally filled it up after a manager asked us about our experience, but while we were eating our salad, employees started stacking chairs passive aggressively and SO LOUD. Def not worth the $$$

Where do I begin. After spending $67 and the word “buffet” being used we figured, this could be good. Lol.
Well, first off, wheres the food? One sad slice of pizza and soupy “Mac” and cheese (more like cheese sauce with 5 noodles) was sitting there for an hour before someone finally complained about the lack of pasta at this “pizza and pasta buffet”

The salad bar had one lone leaf and no tongs in sight. What is this place? Lol definitely not sanitary and definitely not Italian comfort food lol.

All in all
Pizza is sweet
Pasta is either nonexistent or dry as a bone
Salad bar is as empty as my wallet after spending money here.

Best thing here was a clean toilet and unlimited refills of soda that kept me occupied while waiting for the food to finally be “cooked”. The term cooked is used loosely here.
