Never again will i order from them!! Hour and a half to deliver and I’m 1 mile away. Everything is cold and greasy.. and when called in told on it’s way. Even after spending $50. They offer 20 percent off. Next order. And now I’m spending another 30 minutes trying to reheat and make it eatable.

The steak and cheese I order was disrespectful to say the least.
The sub had a bundle of lettuce & mayo on it. A small handful of meat, i had to dig to find (not much at all). Didn’t put any peppers or onions on it. There was only a sprinkled of cheese on the bread.
I returned with the food untouched for a refund, or for it to be fixed.
I was aggressively met with an attitude when explaining my issues.
The man working the front rolled his eyes multiple times when talking to him about the food.
Told me it’s fine the way it is and that the meat was a lot for the sub (not the case).
Asked for it to be fixed or a refund and got someone else to talk to me. An older woman came over and told her my issues. She was unamused and proceeded with hostility. She told me she would not fix it nor will I be getting a refund. “We don’t give refunds for our food. I can give you a 10% discount for your next order”.
If they could hear me out about my issues or fix it. Continue the interaction with attitude and defense. I will never order from again and will spread the world about the disrespectful behavior that was giving to me.
Not to mention no one wear gloves or hair nets of any kind. Many reasons to rethink your meal and the quality of it as well.

BEYOND HORRIBLE pizza beyond horrible service! I honestly have no idea how this place stays open! their always super strange and rude when ordering this time the pizza came undercooked! when the guy came in he’s got a horrible attitude because he’s arguing with his girlfriend on the phone… apparently he couldn’t handle doing his job and not being on the phone… comes in gives us this horrible pizza we open it our pizza sauce cup open and spilled all over he leaves and don’t leave our sodas so i immediately call as i still have his car in my sights they call him 5 mins goes by and he calls to let me know he’s pretty far away on another order but after he’s done i can have my pop ! yeaaaaa that’s amazing people typically like to have their drinks Not cold and way after their done eating! i might as well put $40 in a dumpster! this place sucks

Terrible customer service, no professional accountability, the pizza is the only thing on the menu worth buying. Everything else is pretty garbage.
I usually get some kind of unwarranted attitude somewhere between ordering my food and picking it up. It’s usually a 50/50 shot that they will mess up your order, and god forbid you want them to remake it or give you a refund……

I have never spoken to a ruder person in my life. I called to place an order and the woman who answered had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced placing an order. She got through the order with saying 4 words and then proceeded to hang up on me before I could say a word.

I placed an order and paid in full even tipped driver $15. They didn’t bring all my stuff. Said they would take it off my bill and refund the money. The next day they showed up at my house admitting they made a mistake and refunded the whole order and wanted me to now go out of my way to drive clear across town and repay them. They wanted me to pay for two mistakes back to back plus use gas in my vehicle. Then tell me they can no longer serve me. Pathetic poor excuse for a local establishment supposedly here to serve our community. Can’t even hold yourself accountable for poor service and management. Completely disgusted and disappointed.

Ordered mozzarella sticks with my pizza order to be delivered. They didn’t look cooked, no color and barely warm. Cheese not melted at all. Talked to a manager and there was NO Apology, She said they’re baked at certain time according to corporate and they can’t tell if they’re done. I said ” so it’s not your fault?” Apparently not. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and they’ve just lost my business.
