Our server was very friendly and polite and took the time to explain some the dishes for us and take our photo.
Affordable prices, the portions are big, and we all had leftovers to take home.
We are glad we decided to go here and will definitely be back. Recommend!
Review on the 2nd visit – we went here again and the food and service were as wonderful as the first time. Must visit. Tried veggie chowmein and jhol veggie momos this time.
We also tried the noodles, but they were not tasty and quite disappointing. I complained to the staff about the hair in the pani puri and the overall taste of the food, but my concerns were not acknowledged or addressed.
Overall, the lack of hygiene and the staff’s response to the complaint made the experience worse. I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously and improves their food quality and cleanliness.
Highly recommended for those who wanna have to try Nepalese, Indian and Chinese cuisines.
On our second visit, we loved the butter chicken momos again and tried the BBQ chicken momos, which didn’t impress us as much. However, the house special chow mein (with chicken, prawns, and egg) were a pleasant surprise—even as someone who doesn’t usually enjoy saucy noodles, I loved them.
The portions are generous, and the staff is very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend this place, especially for the butter chicken momos!
All were mediocre. Found each lacking the spices/flavour of these meals. Price was alright for the quality.
The Aloo gobhi was wet and swimming in a sauce , when normally I’ve had this dish, it’s with a small amount of liquid. The potatoes n cauliflower are with a crust. This was not the case.
Found the korma lacking in all fronts. It was creamy, light but lacking Indian spices.
Lamb was cooked and tender, the sauce wasn’t what I was hoping for.
The dishes I ordered lacks the depth and warmth often associated with this ideas of Indian food.
Personally won’t be coming back here, it was worth a try after seeing all these great reviews.
The server was so kind and managed a busy night of dine in customers and door dash delivery orders. We went during dinner hours (6-8pm) on Friday. If you go during these hours, be ready to be patient, but trust me, the food is completely worth it.
The atmosphere is simple, and reminded us of the Khaja Ghars (small, social restaurants that serve meals and tea) that can be found throughout Nepal. Take out seems to be more popular then dining in, but we enjoyed our eat-in experience. It is not incredibly fancy, but humble, simple, and the food speaks for itself.
We will be back! I’d encourage you to try Nepali cuisine, these folks know what they are doing.
