I tried to order in drive thru, half way thru my order she told me to pull up. After she took 1st order she ask do I need another. I said yes, I need a second to look and see what I want bc you had me pull up so I couldn’t see menu. She told me no I couldn’t have a moment to look. Shut window and walked away. She sent a gentleman to get my money. He wouldn’t take my next order either. He brought my 1st order to window handed to me, shut the window back looked at me and said bye and wlaked away.
Definitely will not ever get my business again. Customer service is HORRIBLE

This is the worst Subway I’ve ever eaten from. Slow service. Employees need to have a refresher course in People Skills 101. I ordered a buffalo chicken footlong and a salad. Most of the chicken on the sub was gristly and inedible. I know they have no control of that but they’re the ones presenting it to the public. Now the buffalo sauce was good. Had a little heat. But overall the sub was just horrible. The quality of the meat is gone down hill over the years, especially the turkey on the salad. Very rubbery. The lettuce had brown spots. Again, a very bad product to be presenting to the public.

The people that own this Subway are greedy and to me somewhat Shady. I’ve never been in a Subway where you can’t see their meat and cheese but for some reason at this location they have it blocked off from all sides. They don’t put the correct amount meat on the sandwich like they’re supposed to and my last trip there I got a sandwich a large drink and chips and it turns out that their Drink Machine doesn’t work correctly all the drinks had no carbonation and they clearly already knew that after I went back into change it out but still sold me a large drink at the register without telling me that just greedy people in general

I’ve been has a tan about eating here in the past because before the new owners took over, it seem like service and quality was not what it should be. But I ate there today, and I have to say that the sub was perfect. The manners and the customer service was immaculate. They went over and above to accommodate me for things that I wanted and how I wanted my self fixed all in all this place is taken a 100% turnaround and it is a good one so if you have stopped going there in the past from the last owner, you should give them a try now.

The Chesnee Subway is one of the best restaurants in town. New management has really turned this location around. The food is awesome. It’s packaged neatly in the bag with condiments on top with nothing leaking. Sandwiches and salads are build beautifully by true sandwich artists. When ordering mobile the food is ready when you get there. I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. I have been here three times under new management and had the same great experience each time. Don’t hesitate to try them out. You will not be disappointed.

Since New Management has taken over I absolutely enjoy the food and customer service. The guys are amazing. They make sure your order is made the way you want it. Their isn’t anymore childish behavior going on like before and they are accepting coupons unlike before. I now go to subway for lunch at least 3 to 4 times a week myself not counting the nights my family goes to get subs. I’m enjoying the new management and my experience so far. Guys keep up the amazing work…

I have been a customer at this particular location for several decades. The portions of meat have shrunk in recent years to the extent that, in the future, I will have to pay $3 for double meat to get a worthwhile sub like I used to get.

When I heard Subway here in Chesnee was under new ownership I knew I had to go back. So far the last two orders have been great with no issues. The customer service has been a pleasant experience along with the food. Definitely will be visiting more often.
