I just had my birthday at Parker’s yesterday and let me start off by saying; the ambiance, the food, the service everything was a 100/10. I had never been to this restaurant before and before booking a reservation i had a quick chat with the manager. He ensured me that he would take good care of me and my family and they did not disappoint! The food was very delicious, the drinks were strong but tasty, the scenery was absolutely beautiful. It’s a very spacious restaurant and perfect for occasions or just stopping by for a quick lunch! I definitely will be back, thank you again Parker’s for a great birthday!

We have had the pleasure of dining here on numerous occasions. Last night we had the prime rib – generous portions cooked to perfection. All the staff were very attentive – food came out very quickly. We also frequent Parker Pizza which is fun and informal.

Stopped in for dinner with a friend. The restaurant is so beautiful. I love how there’s an area where you can sit in a nice setting and have dinner, or you can sit in the bar area for a more relaxed setting. The bar area is beautiful as well. The bread they served with the white bean hummus was delicious! It’s very different from anything else I’ve experienced. We ordered the Crispy chicken sandwich – spicy slaw, tomato, avocado, and provolone. With parmesan fries. Also, the French dip – daily roast, provolone, and horseradish cream. With onion rings. Everything was delicious!! Best fries and onion rings, hands down. The service was great! The gentleman behind the bar was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be returning.

I’m afraid the Fried Onion Ring Tower might have been the best I’ve ever had in my entire life when you dip check the sauces it’s just not even close to comparable to anything. It’s more than an Onion Ring. The batter makes it completely different. AAA+++

Awesome place. We stopped on the way back from a UConn drop off, right off 15, had lunch. The club and chicken sandwich were excellent. Really good fries, the thin ones. Looks like a great place to hang out, not expensive, lunch was about $30 plus tip. We sat at the bar, super friendly service, highly recommend for lunch, dinner or drinks.

I Have been to the usual good restaurants in and around Shelton plenty of times, but Parker, Eatery and Bar is my new favorite. First the atmosphere was relaxing and the dining tables were perfectly spread out and not stuffed next to each other. My Wife and I sat down at a table, however the bar looked warm and inviting. From the dining area you can still see the TVs with Sports playing on them. 2nd the food was incredible! My Wife had the Crab Cakes and I had the Parker Burger. The Crab Cakes were perhaps the best I’ve ever tasted and my Burger was perfect. Staff was very friendly and for a Saturday night dinner around 5:30 we were sat right away and our food came about 20 minutes after ordering it. It’s a little pricey but we’ll worth it to dine here. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to have a great meal in Shelton. It’s right next door to the Rinks on River Road.
