I put in an order via Uber Eats and arrived within 10 minutes. I arrived before the dining room should have been closed, but they locked the doors 10 minutes early. I pulled into the drivethrough and waited nearly 30 minutes to be told that my order had been picked up already. I coudln’t imagine how that could be possible since I had just gotten a notification that my order was ready when I pulled up to the restaurant. The drive through cashier acted as if he wasn’t going to give me my food. I let him know it was impossible that my food had been picked up and it had to have been a mistake they made because I never picked it up. He went back and made my order, but when I checked my food I can tell my order was wrong. He had the nerve to tell me thats what we got and just stared me down. I would never come back to this KFC. I see why they have to offer 2 for 1 deals on Uber Eats. I ordered a 2 for 1 3 Piece Big Box: It should’ve been 2 Extra Crispy Breasts, and a wing with seasoned fries and cole slaw. The only thing right was the cole slaw. They even gave us the Zero Sugar Pepsi.

I placed my online order at 10:30am to pickup at 12:30pm and it wasn’t ready, had to wait 15 minutes. The young man was the only one who was nice, the rest of the staff wasn’t friendly. The manager/supervisor was yelling at one of the lazy workers in front of the customers. The chickens were too salty, extremely small and one of drumstick was missing part of the chicken. I will never order from any KFC.

I Came here to order some tenders.
Employees were coughing and sneezing, talking smack about another coworkers child.
My simple order of tenders and a 4pc took 20 min and was cold when i got it.
The soda fountain was more fizz than soda.
I have no freaking clue how this place is still open, dear god. Just dont come here, i dont even feel safe eating the food i got.

I had a very disappointing experience during my visit today. The staff member was rude when I politely asked for clarification about my lemonade and responded with eye-rolling and an unprofessional attitude. Additionally, the portion of fries served was extremely small compared to expectations. Overall, the service quality did not meet basic customer service standards.

Smells nasty inside like sewage and rotten oil. Staff was sick and coughing and making throwing up noises and my order of a few items took over 30 minutes no cars were in the drive through so not sure what they were doing.

Order was not correct. They did not have an item, so they substituted something else, but did not tell me. Poor counter service. Restaurant common area was clean but smelled dirty. Asked Manager about my order – did not have Cinnabon bite, so substituted cinnamon twist. I gave back the twists and asked for a refund. Manager said really, you’re going to make a big deal about $1.80. Really, what never. Never going their again.

Very bad attention the place smelled horrible and we paid an order of $103 dollars when we saw that the smell was unbearable we canceled the order we waited for the refund of the money but the money never arrived back to the card… They robbed us.

I went there to pick up my food at 8:30pm. Put my order through the app and paid for the food. App said my order will be done in 15 mins. Went to pick it up and they had the nerve to be closed, even though the app said they were open until 10pm and my food was ready. I went to the door and drive through and the workers ignored me. I then called and they said they never received it, they closed at 8pm and I should cancel my order and hung up in my face. The app said they closed at 10pm and they took my money. I then called KFC mainline and they said they have to make a decision to give my money back. After how I was treated and then to say I need to wait for someone to make a decision about the case and possibly give my money back is absolutely ridiculous! Will never order or eat at this location again! Will think twice about ordering on their app again. There are too many chicken places to choose from. Horrible service!

There has been a sewar gas smell. I’ve experienced this for over a year. I told the manager who said they told them and they didn’t care. Don’t go to this restaurant.
