Had an awesome experience at this BBQ spot — the food was flavorful, perfectly smoked, and came out fast. What really made the visit stand out was the service from Casey and Trevor. They were welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was just right without being overbearing. You can tell they genuinely care about customers having a great time. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

Went to this place based on a recommendation of a friend and could not have been more pleased! We arrived very close to opening and were greated with friendly service and good recommendations. Had the brisket and German sausage with potato salad. The brisket was the star for sure! Some of the most flavorful tender brisket I have ever had. The sausage and potato salad did not disappoint either. Really liked the added touch of brisket bits on the potato salad. Highly recommended!

The brisket and ribs were delicious – I hardly needed any sauce and I’m a big sauce lover. They have a nice selection of sides to suite just about any taste – even a spring mix salad when you want to keep things on the lighter side. Try the Buckin’ Root Beer, it’s really good and made in the West (Jackson Hole). The service was very friendly even though they were busy and they got my order out quickly as well.

The best BBQ in Boise hands down. The younger gentleman working went out of his way to give us the run down of the sauces and made the whole first time experience for us 1000x better. The food was INSANELY delicious and I’ll definitely be going back.

My first time there. I ordered the brisket sandwich. I thought the meat was good. The role is gigantic and sadly was very hard/ dry on top like It was stale. You cannot leave bread out in Boise, Idaho without it getting very dry, very quickly. It is a lot of bread. If I ever go again, I might order meat with one side, for three bucks more then the sandwich. The baked beans are decent with the molasses flavor. The coleslaw is nice and fresh, although I like mine more sweet and sour. The coleslaw dressing is VERY subtle. Comes with two pickle slices, and pickled onions that are okay. I wish I had asked for BBQ sauce. The menu does say it comes with barbecue sauce on the side, which mine did not.

There are two amazing BBQ joints in Boise and Tim’s is one of them. Second to none, this place is amazing. Get a sandwich and/or a salad for lunch, and come back for the brisket or house German sausage and Mac and cheese for dinner. So good!!

If I didn’t live in Nampa I would come here as much as possible!
The ribs were nice smokey and delicious? The Pulled pork was juicy. The brisket was our favorite juicey and smokey this place knows how to smoke! The sauces I asked to get them all on the side since we like to make our own. They use real apple wood to smoke with and they were smoking their next batch as I was ordering our food! This place is worth driving to Boise for!!!

I have driven by the place a couple of times but never stopped. Super glad that we did this time. The salad was fresh. The brisket was extremely tender and moist with a good smokey flavor. They serve a small selection of canned beers too so that was definitely a plus.
