I order once in a blue moon never had any problems but today… I don’t know I ordered two pies one pepperoni, one plain it looked like it came with extra cheese. I don’t like a lot of cheese on my pizza. The pepperoni looked like it was old I called the store to talk to the manager. He tells me all the pizzas are made fresh every day. Pretty much telling me what I received today was fresh. He did not seem concerned about my complaints at all. Then he tells me oh well if you want I will give you a credit for your next order. I said no thank you I will be writing a review and I will not be ordering from that location anymore.

$26 dollars ;( . To get my order delivered like this by Fabian Sebastian and for the store literally made my pizza with hate and on top of that not including the icing, the whole point of the dessert. This is garbage . $26 dollars down the drain… It was bad enough that I received the message that my order was delivered at 10:41 pm. When I stood outside waiting, he did not arrive until 10:45 and did not bother to look at the building number, instead he stood outside his car with the pizza ‘ looking at his phone ‘ I waved him down twice , until the third time he finally looked up… I was very hyped for this meal.

Girlfriend ordered pizza and wings from here tonight. WALKED to the store to ensure that the order actually would be done by the time she got there. By the time she was there, the order was marked as ready. She stood inside the store for 10 minutes before being asked what the name on her order was. After telling the employee her name, the employee walked off and took phone calls and made pizzas for another 20 minutes. After multiple orders taken employee came back to my girlfriend at the counter and AGAIN asked for her name. Employee then could not find the food. Employee THEN stated they will make food now. My girlfriend waited an HOUR nearly for pizza and wings.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza that was delivered in a smashed box and WITHOUT Pepperoni. It should be a really simple order. The tracker also showed the delivery driver was on my street and “2 minutes away”… For over 10 minutes. It told me when the driver left, and according to maps it’s a 4 minute drive from the Domino’s, but by the time it was delivered it was nearly 20 minutes from the time he “left the Domino’s”. Looks like he sat on my box… And come on how do you forget the pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza! (I still ate a piece, bc I was hungry and thought maybe the pepperoni would be under the cheese? Lol no such luck). $26 for a cheese pizza and pepperoni cheesy bread… That was good at least.

I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich !!! I realized while eating my sandwich that it was a funny taste. I turn over my sandwich over & see that the bread was moldy!! Smh I was so disgusted. I went home to vomit. I grew up in this neighborhood & that’s my #1 dominoes to go to, it will be my last time there. Although the cook made another order for me it was sitting in the back of my mind that it may be spoiled again. I didn’t enjoy my food. Customer service sucks too. The girl at the front taking care of the customers easily gets agitated when you are ordering & don’t know what you’ll be ordering. She rushes to put your order in. It’s like she hates talking or interacting with customers or just hates her job. It’s just bad for business. The cook was very apologetic & understanding & made another sandwich for me even though that’s not what I wanted. The girl told him you making another one ?! Like if she’s paying for it. My experience was just bad smh

If I can rate this place a zero I would. I’ve had a pizza that barely had any sauce. It tasted like if the pizza had no sauce. Just only cheese and the toppings. So they came to replace the pizza with a new one but the new pizza has tomatoes when I never asked for tomatoes and also tasted horrible like the other one. I think Domino’s in that area was just being a jerk on purpose. That new pizza was just saying I don’t like you. I noticed that I am not the only one that put a bad review on this this and for somebody to have mold on a chicken sandwich this place must be bad. If you want to know what’s the worst pizza in Newark it’s this place without a doubt.

Service here is terrible. Everytime i order from here the delivery man is extremely rude and gets upset that i didn’t cash tip even though i put a tip on my card already. I had my boyfriend call to place an order. the lady on the phone told him they were closed with an attitude then when i called a minute later to place an order and asked if they where open she said yes then hung up the phone. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

The other night I ordered Domino’s Pizza for dinner. I ordered their Boneless Buffalo Wings and their Chicken Alfredo bowl. For starters this entire order is not what I ordered. They sent me plain Boneless Wings w/ a side of Buffalo sauce. Just look at the photos and see how they just threw the sauce inside the box. Also, I ordered their regular Chicken Alfredo bowl, NOT THE BREAD BOWL! Both orders were cold upon arrival for the icing. Albeit though, the food was ok, maybe about 4.5-5/10. Loved the Alfredo sauce, but that was not how I ordered it! They could’ve at least called and said they didn’t have certain items and let me choose. I am highly disappointed with my experience with this Domino’s, def will not be ordering from this place again
