Went twice in a week and had completely different experiences. The first one was amazing. Ordered a nitro cold brew and the barista waited until I got there so it was fresh. Ordered the same thing another time, and it was clearly ready long before they said it would be in the app, and the person wasn’t nearly as friendly

The staff are super friendly, the aesthetic is super nice, and the drinks are always well made. That’s not the purpose of my review though; Momo needs to be protected at all cost. Not only did they exceed my expectations customer service wise but on my way out from picking up my to-go order; I dropped not one but THREE of my drinks all over me and my vehicle. Momo went ABOVE and beyond to help me; bringing wet towels, dry towels, paper towels, wiping my car down for me while I tried to get it off myself considering I was outside and it was cold. They remade my drinks and helped me the entire way but this was such a thoughtful interaction and I needed this more than Momo knows. Huge shoutout to Momo.

This Starbies is the best! I almost always use drive thru. They are fast and efficient and my drinks are always on point. Everyone I’ve encountered is great but Panda is my fave. I love being greeted by her smile and she’s always friendly. It doesn’t hurt that she’s an absolute doll. Other than the parking lot being super small, this Starbies is a great addition to EC.

This place is the bomb! Every single time I come here … I AM GREETED WITH WARM WELCOMES & conversation! Its my go to stop everyday, sometimes twice a day. My favorites are Morgan and Alexis. However, everybody there is amazing, I just see them the most! Ive seen some rude customers here too and I just dont get why people cant go about their day trying to at least be nice and show kindness! Youre not the only customer !!! So yes you might have to wait every now and then but usually theyre very kind and talk to you while you wait and try to get your order delivered to you in a timely manner. I have nothing but great things to say here. Its not what the situation is, its how its handled. Thats why they are my favorite store. I hope this helps someone’s day and be a deciding factor to come here vs the negative comments!

This is by far the best customer service I have EVER received. The store is in fantastic condition. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by all of the staff and I had a chance to talk to the store manager there who was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I recommend this Starbucks to all of those in the city of Elizabeth City
