My wife and I finally stopped in after driving by all the time. The guy at the counter was very nice and the place has a good atmosphere. I got a steak sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel and she got a NY lox on an everything bagel. We really enjoyed both of ours and will definitely be back to try more things from the menu!

Best bagels in the USA! The single bagels are phenomenal, but their bagel sandwichs are even better! I got the Raphiela; it’s well worth the wait!
Clean and spacious interior. Plenty of room to stand in line, and sit and eat. The bathrooms are clean and spacious too.
Everyone is super friendly!
The line gets really long during busy hours. I recommend going early, but there will still be a wait.

I heard there’s usually a long wait and that it gets crowded, but we didn’t wait at all when we visited around 1 PM (they close at 2 PM).
We ordered the Potchke Delight (with a celery salt bagel) and the NY-style lox sandwich (on honey wheat). The celery salt bagel was a little salty, but overall, everything was great!

I loved this place. It had high energy and staff looked like it really loved working there. They appeared to have a great since of pride, and rightfully so.
The Turkey Disco on the Everything Bagel was amazing. The turkey, bacon, avocado, tomato, lettuce and Chipotle smear were a perfect combination, especially on the Everything Bagel. The Bagel could stand on its own, amazing. Bravo!
I also had an Americana coffee. Very balanced flavor and not bitter. Great aroma.

Cool atmosphere and good music set a nice tone, but unfortunately the food didn’t follow through. The line was about an hour long on a Saturday, which made the experience feel even less worthwhile. The bagels themselves were chewy and tasted undercooked, and while the menu is interesting, the execution was mid overall. Would not recommend for anyone who is genuinely into bagels—it just doesn’t deliver on flavor or texture.

Everything on the menu is fresh and melt in the mouth delicious. Today I had Turkey Disco, and it is the perfect balance of condiments and protein. No skimping at Potchke’s. They are serious about good, fresh food every single time! The service is always impeccable and staff pleasant. Thank you, Potchke’s !!! They also have a home made gluten free bun! It was scrumptious as seen in picture below.

Potchke absolutely deserves the hype. The food I’ve had from there has all been delicious and they don’t skimp on the fillings. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on their menu and they’re churning out great bagels. Staff is always super friendly even when it gets busy.
