This is such a beautiful Starbucks. It’s in Evergreen and you see all the beautiful mountains and trees around. It’s got an incredibly large seating area and double-sided fireplace. Comfortable seating. And the people are always wonderful. The bathrooms are also always clean.

They have a fire pit with nice fauteuils.
In the summer it’s nice to sit outside on the terrace.

Stood at the counter for several minutes while 4 out of the 6 employees I counted, were just standing talking to each other until finally the employee who was talking the drive thru orders asked me if I was being helped and literally 3 feet away two women were again, just talking and doing nothing work related and I responded that I wasn’t being helped. So here was the drive thru employee taking drive thru orders while helping me(and the drive thru line was about 7-8 cars deep), while others were doing nothing. He took my order and while he didn’t prepare the order, those that did still got the order wrong and not because drive thru employee input the wrong items, it’s the other stand around employees that I guess felt that the order placement was taking away from their gossiping time!

Love my Evergreen Starbucks! The new building is great (and much needed). Staff is always friendly and service is quick. Quick update- need to mention these guys make the best “brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso”. Wish I knew who the exact barista was, but great job by all! Updated 07/28/22. Check out the photos. Happened on this Starbucks by chance. Really great stop for those headed up or down to/from resorts like Vail or Steamboat. Spacious, with a fireplace. Friendly staff. Great light. And good food options. Loved it! Thank you. ✌

They make the cortados way too hot and don’t bother giving a sleeve with it. They don’t fill the drinks all the way. Left the cup half empty on many occasions. They don’t put hardly enough matcha in the matcha lattes…I didn’t order an iced oat milk. It’s ridiculous how many times they’ve screwed up. I won’t be giving Starbucks any more of my money.

Employee added gratuity without my consent.
Went through the drive through, the guy ran my card, and asked if I wanted a receipt. I said no, and he handed my card back without giving me the portal like usual. Went inside to get my drink fixed (they didn’t use oat milk) and asked for a reprint of my receipt. The employee had added a tip without my consent.
I called a couple times to speak to a manager about this, but they weren’t in. I messaged on the Starbucks website to get an email contact for the manager, but they said that wasn’t possible.
So watch out there and be sure to get your receipt in the drive through. Tipping is nuts lately, but outright theft is too far.
