The food was not bad, but nothing out of this world. A large quantity of fries, almost Impossible to eat for a regular person. We were two and we weren’t able to eat them all. Server was very nice and the service os fast.

Went there to have a small Burger with cheese lettuce tomato mayonnaise and a regular fry, The burger with squash so much the bun was about a 16th of an inch thickness the fries were so crisp and burnt and they’re only about a half inch to an inch long (90% of them). God! I only want to have a fairly decent dinner tonight, thanks Five Guys in Dartmouth for making sure that did not happen!
Explains to the cashier , the last two times we came and ordered a large fry, we got very little amount of fries, she said she would make sure that would not happen, I explained it’s like a hit or miss. Well, yep, you guessed right, short changed us with the fries and loaded the burger with mustard and relish, when we asked for it light on both!
Either the fries are not right or to much mustard or……! What happen to the quality and service that they had the first year they opened?

Can always count on 5 Guys when the kids want a burger and I don’t want to cook.
Update: they made a mistake on an online order as they forgot to put bacon on my bacon burger. Disappointed as they weren’t busy with only 1 person waiting when I showed up to pick up the order. Didn’t bother going back since I already made it home.
