This morning.( Christmas Day) the drive through was pretty busy, so I chose to go inside. I stood there for twenty minutes with no one even acknowledging that I was there. I decided to give the drive through a shot when I finally got up to the speaker. They asked to take my order i told them i wanted a Dunka Latte, and they told me they had no coffee. Then, they proceeded to ramble off what they didn’t have, which was a list far larger than what they did have.

Since apparently it’s too hard to update your hours on Google, your employees have decided that flipping customers off through the open window and blaming them for coming near closing (an hour before closing according to this posting) is a good business decision. Might want to rethink that.

We went to Dunkin tonight with the release of the new munchkin Halloween bucket! I called ahead of time and the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely pleasant and friendly. He assured me there would be plenty of buckets left. When we arrived, our order was taken very promptly and our ADORABLE bucket was delivered promptly. I’m not sure if we were even on the property for more than 5 minutes total!

Stopped in, of course excited to start the day with coffee and a donut! Met with unhappy staff and when shown our own mugs to try to save the planet they were not used. Coffee itself very weak and too sweet- they put sugar in one when specifically we said only creamer- is it that hard? Hopefully the donut is better, stay tuned!

Very Disappointed – Terrible Service
My husband stopped at Dunkin’ before work, planning to grab something quick to eat. He had plenty of time, but they took so long that he had to leave without his food to make it to work on time. When he voiced his concern, he was rudely told, “this isn’t fast food.”
He went back about 25 minutes later, already in uniform and on the job—the only chance he had to return—to either pick up the food or get a refund. Instead of understanding, the staff was rude again and told him he shouldn’t have come in while working. That was the only time he could come back, since he often works later than they’re open.
He stayed calm, and didn’t swear or yell, yet received no apology—just had the money shoved back at him without a word. The whole experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and left both of us incredibly frustrated. Definitely not the kind of service we expect from a place we used to rely on.

I hate to be this person & I’d like to believe I’ve been rather complacent with the issues I’ve become accustomed to in my time coming to Rhinelander Dunkin however;
I am in Rhinelander 3 times a week & I always try to stop at Dunkin as I come into town at 5:30am which the store states is open at 5am.
At least once a week for the past 5months, this Dunkin has been closed without anyone there to assist customers, no signs or lights on & yet again today much to my dismay at 7am when I returned to go through the drive the sign was still off as well as the lights.
I saw people waiting so I assumed it was open, I still joined the drive, after about 15mins a significant line formed with no answer from the drive speaker so I decided to leave.
This has been very frustrating as a loyal Dunkin customer it happens too frequently not to get upset over.
I thoroughly enjoy my mornings when I get to go to Rhinelander or Wausau because they’re the only times a week I get to have Dunkin as my town doesn’t have one, so when I come to Rhinelander & it feels like Russian roulette trying to guess which day I won’t be able to enjoy it, it can turn my whole day sour.
I realize that I may just sound like another petty customer & in no way am I claiming this falls to a singular associate, however I’d just like to see that the company either hires more associates or does whatever they can to fix these ongoing issues as I feel they are losing a great deal of customer base. Than you.

Worst service ever I feel like employees don’t know or care to read an order sticker right I have tried to order a wake up wrap 5 times each time they give me bacon when I ask for sausage at first I blamed DoorDash but then when I started going in person they still kept making it wrong

I wasnt going to put any stars but Terrible service the staff is always getting orders wrong and dont acknowledged that customers will get upset if they are not considered for their mistakes. It’s been so constant im over this dunkin. Plus terrible attitudes.
