We have been meaning to try this place for some time. We ordered the chicken vindaloo, the chicken tikka masala and the spicy potato patties, all of which were delicious. The mild spice is enough, however I got the medium vindaloo and it was wonderful!

⭐ 1 Star – Very disappointing experience
I had a very bad experience with Indian Oven and would not recommend it.
We ordered Paneer Butter Masala, Veg Korma veg Biryani, and Chicken Biryani, and unfortunately, all the dishes were spoiled. The food had a bad smell and taste, and it was clearly not fresh. The paneer butter masala tasted sour, and both the veg korma biryani and chicken biryani were inedible. We had to throw the food away, which was extremely upsetting and a complete waste of money.
On top of that, the customer service was terrible. When we contacted them to report the issue, there was no proper apology, no responsibility taken, and no effort to resolve the problem. The staff was rude and dismissive, which made the experience even worse.
Food quality and hygiene are basic expectations, especially when ordering Indian food, and Indian Oven failed on both quality and customer service. I strongly suggest others think twice before ordering.

Just stumbled upon this adorable Indian restaurant in the California Desert, and I’m so glad we did! We were seated right away by the lovely hosts, Pardeep and his wife, despite it being a holiday rush (and they usually require reservations). The kids devoured the samosa chat and paneer pakoda, and the paneer curry and dal tadka were – served piping hot and tailored to our taste. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Food has zero taste and I am allergic to tree nuts. Specifically asked about that and they said chicken Karahi is not made with that. Ended up taking Benadryl. And the person who cooks the food either has never cooked authentic Desi food or has never eaten one. Do not waste your money here. Their chai was good though. Extremely pricey. Lentil soup bowl which is usually 5-8$ was 17$ as entree. Like seriously. Spent 115$ and still was hungry! Extremely disappointed!!!!!!

The place is quite small, so come early or late, because there will be a wait otherwise. This is because the food is just incredible. They might have the best onion bhaji in the region. The spice level is appropriate, although I should have grabbed a level gihigher for my taste. Service is personable and professional.

Very overpriced, ordered two chicken dishes and there were less than 5 pieces in each. No rice was included with the curry and it was $18 each. Service was extremly slow and the atmosphere was not ideal. Would not recommend.

I’m visiting from the UK, and I have to say this was the best Indian food I have ever had. Everything was absolutely amazing – from the rich flavours to the freshness of every dish. The service was warm and welcoming, and the whole experience felt authentic and unforgettable. I can’t recommend this place enough – truly outstanding!

This is our favorite Indian spot. Not cheap, but high quality, great service. These are just some examples of dishes we get. Their Naan bread (garlic & reg) are addictive. The sauces rich and delicious. The chicken is always white chicken with no “weird parts” thrown in. Very lean. We don’t go as often as we’d like cause it’s about $60 for 2 ppl. (Including tax & tip).

A very nice cosy restaurant with very friendly service and excellent food. We enjoyed the spiciness of all the dishes, which was right every time. The tables are arranged to give you good privacy, even though the main room is not large. A very good experience!
