I wanted to share my recent experience at Subway, which unfortunately fell short of my expectations. My roommate and I visited last night to grab a quick meal. While the food was up to the usual Subway standard, the atmosphere was upset by the employees loudly discussing us while we were eating .
It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, making us question our choice to dine there. I believe that customer service should include respect and discretion, and this experience certainly missed that mark. I hope the management addresses this behavior to ensure a more pleasant experience for future customers.

Stopped at Walmart just for subway with my son. Full parking lot. Walked in and the man working turns and says “I can’t serve you” puzzled look on my face and he says “I have subs to make to make for St Bonas” I don’t care if you have subs to make for the pope. I’m here. In front of you. With cash. Just wow. Will never spend another dollar at the Subway.

My sister and I ordered from subway for dinner and whoever was working rushed us through our orders. You could barely think before the employee was snapping a comment or question at you. My sub (1/4) was not made how I asked. The employee completely left off 3 of the vegetables that I asked for. Then on another sub when adding oil and vinegar she passed them over the outside edge of the sub instead of the inside of it just making the outside of the sub wet. I was a subway employee in past years and I’m super unimpressed with this service.

I have nothing against subway as I work there too I had my day off and I happened to be near this location I came here for a lunch these 2 ladies that work here…awful. I had asked for a personal pizza the lady with hickies on her neck by the way…very “professional” refused to give it to me because there was no boxes like really I would have taken it on a paper just as I got to the register the older lady had so much attitude charged me for 2 buffalo chicken which I did not order then blamed me because she forgot to charge the slush that we had gotten mind you she is the one that had filled the cup these ladies are not professional and should be fired! This was not okay…6-28-19 3pm

Being a subway I come to often and choose to come to over other subways because of the great service. I have to say my experience today (3/12/19 @ 10:34am) was awful. When my boyfriend and I came in we were ignored for a good 5 minutes and both employees had an attitude. The guy who put the meat on the sub roll and cut the sub roll didn’t give us a “fresh” foot long sub. We got 3 half (6inch) rolls (1 foot long 1 six inch) not a fresh foot long roll. The girl who put our veggies and dressing on was very sloppy and thrown together and were rude when cashing us out. We got to the table and realized we didn’t get napkins so when I went back up I was ignored yet again and then given 2 napkins. I’m not impressed with my visit to this subway store this time.

My friends and I recently went there for a quick dinner and the lady with the dark hair working the evening shift was not very customer friendly. If she couldn’t hear us she would be very rude about it. My friend ordered a half meal thinking the lady would know what she meant (6inch meal) but the lady rolled her eyes and had a terrible attitude and slammed her hands down. Shouldn’t be working at subway if you don’t know how to treat customers.

So my question is why is your 2 morning shift employees not doing there job right? The female employee was very rude an was pretty much just slapping the stuff on the subs they never gave us napkins the subs were never wrap either. If you guys want customer to continue coming back get rid of your bad employees.
