This restaurant is top tier compared to the one on Milton. Huge difference with hospitality, the food and atmosphere. I dont know if they are owned by the same person but I wouldn’t even bother going to the one on Milton and I live in a walking distance from that burgerking.

Waited close to an hour for my order. Employees ran my card and then told me minutes later broiler was down. They refused refunds stating that the broiler was back up and running again when it indeed was not. Skip this bk. The lack of communication and teamwork shows amongst the employees. Thank you flagstaff bk for wasting most of my evening while just trying to get dinner for my kids.

Stopped at this Burger King for Whopper Wednesday. At the counter the young lady advised us that Whopper Wednesday was now only available on the app. No problem, I said we’ll step out of line and I’ll order from the app, and asked if my elderly mother could please have the bathroom code while I ordered. She refused. I understand having a code to keep the Hobo’s out, but my mother was clearly not homeless. We walked out and will not return. Quickly went to McDonald’s where she was allowed to use a restroom while I ordered our lunch. I don’t tolerate rudeness.

This is the nicest cleanest Burger King I’ve ever been into. The food was great. Customer service was amazing.. honestly my expectations were low since it’s out in the middle of nowhere. Keep up the great work.!

The atmosphere in here is excellent. It has great positive energy, the staff is happy with upbeat and professional attitude, I believe the manager is a perfect teacher and is teaching her staff to also be like her, which is friendly, kind and respectful to her store and customers!!!

Staff was extremely disrespectful to me when placing an order making it feel like it was a burden than I had ordered 2 junior burgers and asked at the window how much the total was. Don’t go here the staff will make their bad days your problem by being extremely rude

It should be against the law to lock bathrooms except for paying customers. Sometimes you really have to go. What go outside and get arrested? These kind of places make you never want to give them business ever even when you have money and are hungry. I’ve given this place business before but not anymore. Phoenix does this but Flagstaff is more liberal you think they wouldn’t. Someone was selling a Port Oh John in a Flagstaff Facebook group and I said whoever buys it put it in Burgher King on Route 66’s parking lot! Don’t want to give people restrooms to use and they can’t go outside then cities need Port oh Johns everywhere.
Update: this restaurant refused to let me dine on my food and to get out of the cold. I will not rest until this restaurant is boarded up!

The food was prepared well & the exactly the way we custom ordered the items
The staff was exceptionally friendly
But the Best was the management!
My 72yr father forgot to give them the app numbers on a $30 order for our rewards points
(And we love the Burger King app and rewards points it’s a must-have for people that love ❤ Burger King)
I called up to management they said to come on up and the manager went out of his way to make sure that we got our rewards applied to our app account
Nowadays a fast food restaurant such as this Burger King that has friendly staff prepares the food right and their management goes out of their way to keep the customers happy and pleased with their service I’ll always give them a five-star
You won’t be disappointed visiting this Burger King in Flagstaff
