I must say some of the best quick serve “ Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice” came from Jordan Creek Teriyaki Madness. Fantastic wait staff—efficient. The Chicken Fried Rice with add on fresh veggies was plain delicious. The junior size was more than enough for me to enjoy the made to order tasty entree. The chef did his thing and made every morsel sing a tune of delight as it traveled to rest in my tummy. Yum go and get some!

Absolutely blown away by their service and food! I missed the online cut off to order catering for 12 teens before a school dance. I called the store and Maranda went out of her way to take care of us. She placed the order, arranged delivery, and was so kind and helpful. The food was piping hot and a total hit for our hungry crew. Very affordable and such and easy option. The food came with all the plates, sauces, and serving dishes we needed. Cute little labes for each tray. I highly recommend you give them a try. We ordered 4 meat trays, 2 egg roll trays, and one fried rice tray. Plenty of food and we had left overs for the rest of the family.

Love this place! The staff are very pleasant to deal with and don’t seem like they hate their job. Very genuine about their gratitude for your business, and I love that! The food is also great! I work next door and order here when I forget to bring a lunch. They have not failed me yet. The steak bowl is my favorite, usually eat crab Rangoon with it, but the egg rolls are definitely one of the best I’ve ever had.

Teriyaki Madness is a fast food restaurant specializing in teriyaki dishes, preparing all orders fresh rather than in advance. I used to go to a place like this years ago in Nashville and always wished we had one in the Des Moines Metro.
The restaurant is ideal for individuals who are running errands, grabbing a bite on their own or have limited time. There is a small seating area, so I would not recommend this place for a large group. Takeout is available, but I recommend you order ahead, given that all meals are made to order and may require a wait.
The bowls provide a well-balanced meal of protein, carbs and veggies. The menu, though focused on teriyaki, has a notable range of choices. You select from different protein options and pick either white rice, brown rice, or noodles, and you have an option to add stir-fried veggies. Appetizers include egg rolls, edamame, potstickers, and, my favorite, crab rangoons. Best of all – the food was amazing. My only complaint is the ice tea is not freshly brewed.
Customer service is attentive and staff maintain a friendly demeanor. Additionally, the restaurant utilizes durable plastic containers for takeout, which are suitable for reheating, dishwasher use, and repeated use.
I will definitely be going again!

Nice portions of delicious food! We do stir fry a lot and this place always delivers awesome food at a fair price. Their bowls are also fairly calorie conscious. Love the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki!

Bright, casual dining with an okay amount of seats. It seems like most of their business is done through Doordash/GrubHub. Randomly chose this place while driving through the area because we weren’t craving anything specific but both enjoy teriyaki. If you’re expecting a traditional serving of teriyaki meats, this is not it. We came in with no expectations so the fact that they serve protein bowls kind of like a poke/Buddha bowl restaurant was fine. You build your bowl by choosing a protein, then a base. We got the teriyaki salmon on a bed of yakisoba noodles and Asian veggies and another bowl with steak teriyaki + orange chicken on veggies. Most of the bowls come in 3 different sizes: JR, regular, or large. The salmon only comes in a regular size and any combo with two proteins will automatically be put in a large bowl. The noodles and veggies were cooked very nicely but I feel like they really skimped on the proteins in both bowls. The salmon was also so grossly overcooked that I had trouble chewing it. There’s teriyaki sauce, low-sodium soy, and Sriracha on each table, thank goodness. Cause like someone else said, the food tastes pretty bland. The food did its job and filled us up, but for $50 including 20% tip for two bowls with meager portions of proteins, 4 mediocre crab rangoons, and a soda I kind of just felt like it was all unremarkable. I guess this is why I don’t typically do fast food. The lady at the counter was super nice, though!

There’s a new Teriyaki spot in town and the family and I had to go cause we haven’t been to a Teriyaki Madness since we lived in Las Vegas over 12 years ago. They are located in the strip mall next to Holiday Inn and Spare Time off of Jordan Creek Parkway.
They officially open tomorrow and today was a soft-opening offering “Regular” size Chicken Teriyaki bowls for $6 (reg. $10.99)
Monica and her daughter were both so welcoming and inviting and the space was the perfect size for a fast-casual Teriyaki spot. Order at register and they bring the food to you. Extra Teriyaki sauce at the table was welcomed by the kids.
The Food:
Chicken Teriyaki: 5/5 from kids. Grilled Chicken with choice of white or brown rice and veggies
Spicy Chicken Teriyaki: 4/5 not spicy to me but flavored well. Could be a level 2-3 spicy for others. Chicken was cooked well and I chose yakisoba noodles instead of rice for mine
Steak Teriyaki: 4/5 coming from my oldest son. Thinly sliced steak strips over white rice and no veggies per his request
Salmon Teriyaki: 4/5 Hubby got it over brown rice with veggies. He said it was delicious and only reason why he didn’t give it a five is because his favorite is still Teriyaki House’s Salmon because the quality of their salmon is a grade above others
Hubby and I are happy that we will have another option for delicious, fast-casual food offerings when we’re out and about on this side of town.
