We wanted a sit down restaurant with AC and this place did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated inside, French inspired. The menu had a variety of choices to choose from. We both decided on chicken options. Also they have bread service served with oil/balsamic & honey butter. Daily baked fresh bread. To end our meal we decided upon an Italian cream cake which was topped with a fresh blueberry glaze. Every plate was full of flavor. Well presented and cooked. Price is on the higher end, but you get what you pay for. The server was very attentive and sweet.

Pretentious, to say the least… perhaps “milimetrical and pretentious” would be better… I had the thinnest chicken milanesa in my entire life. My wife had meatballs with polenta, weird taste, average good… everything looked so overpriced for the quality and taste. I won’t be back…

We skipped lunch to make sure we had plenty of room for a big dinner at 4pm. While we were waiting to order we noticed several tablecloths around us being set on fire because staff had set lit candles in the chairs under the tablecloths. When pointing it out to the woman setting the table, she looked at us and rolled her eyes and tried to shove the burned tablecloth under the table.

I ordered a Paloma and was brought a screwdriver and was told they were out of grapefruit juice. Instead of asking me what I wanted instead, they just chose my substitution.

We ordered the caviar service and I was told everything was soy free (serious soy allergy). When it came out, it was obvious it was served with Ruffles potato chips so I asked again about soy. Upon checking a second time with the kitchen they determined it did have soy.

After sitting at the table for 1.5 hours, we finally had to flag down our waitress to order our main course. They brought out our salads and then no less than a minute later our entrees arrived. Without asking us, they sent our food back to the kitchen and brought it back 15 minutes later and all of the entrees were cold. Two of my friends ordered the carbonara and received two totally different inedible pasta. One had meat and spaghetti noodles that were uncooked and hard, the other had peas with fettuccine noodles with a strong taste of flour. When we asked the waitress about it, she said someone else (not at our table) requested those noodles. Neither one could eat the pasta because it was so bad. (See photo)

Another party member ordered the lasagna. The noodles were overcooked so much that the bottom layer was hard and the sides were burned.

On a positive note the ribeye, branzino and short rib were decent. The honey butter with the bread service was delicious.

Overall, this was one of the most disappointing meals we as a whole have ever had. The food and service were both problematic. This is my third time here, and I have wanted to understand the hype, but I just don’t.

Recommended by the bar tender, I had the chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes. The sauce was super thin and the flavor was bland, could’ve had a better one at Olive Garden. We also ordered their soup of the day, which was tomato basil. However, they seem to run out of it in 3 hours on Valentine’s Day! The bar tender didn’t tell us and just brought us out gumbo instead. Very strange for a supposedly fine restaurant. Other than that, the ambience was nice, drinks were fantastic and the service was good. The bar area could be a little darker and cozier, but it worked with the rain.

The atmosphere is absolutely magical; they’ve transformed a historic 1800s building into a chic space where European elegance perfectly blends with rustic charm. In the evening, the candlelight creates an incredibly romantic vibe. The service is top-notch the staff is attentive and really knows the menu inside and out. We had the lobster ravioli and the carbonara, and they were divine! It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy some upscale comfort food in a very cozy, welcoming setting. Highly recommended!

A good friend of mine has been a frequent customer/diner of this establishment. I had plans to dine here in the next couple of weeks, but after hearing about his recent experience, I’ve decided to dine elsewhere. My friend and his 2 sons were served a pizza with dough that had rotted. It smelled putrid and tasted even worse! It was far from edible! After taking one bite, his boys almost vomited from how disgusting this pizza was. After informing the 20something year old waitress about the issue, she was very rude and dismissive. How does a food establishment not realize that the food they are serving is rotting? This is totally unacceptable. People get deathly ill all the time from food poisoning. Good thing his boys remained healthy after consuming this spoiled pizza. My friend did mentioned that the only saving grace of this place is the manager. Good service AND good safe food are hard to come by these days. Do better Lulu’s! Until then, I’ll be eating elsewhere!

Exceptional food and great service. We will be back for sure. Gnocchi was a little heavy, but very flavorful. The Branzino was spot on. The strip was perfectly cooked. Get the caviar.

Our last meal of the trip was HANDS DOWN the best! Stopped in for breakfast and immediately fell in love with the decor and general vibe of the restaurant. Our server, Linda, went above and beyond to make our meal absolutely perfect. Will 100% come back next time we’re in town!
