This was my first visit to this store. The store is small but the interior was beautiful and very clean. The parking lot outside is small. I went on a Sunday during lunch time and I was the only one in the restaurant and it was smooth. The female waitress was not friendly and bluntly told me they do not accept coupons. The sandwich I ordered was good, but many of the lettuces in the showcase were not fresh and had turned brown. I told her not to put that lettuce in my sandwich because I did not want to eat it.

They take to long in orders, and if a customer walks out because they took too long, the person (woman) who appear to be the manager on that particular day, makes fun of them. I will never go back, no matter how much I like subway.

I hadn’t been to this Subway in forever. I came with my friend on this particular day. It was very busy and the staff did a great job keeping the line moving. We stayed and chatted for a while. I recommend this establishment.

Such a terrible experience here today. Would not work with my husbands or mine simple requests. Got sandwiches half way cut , drenched all nasty in condiments, the sandwiches barely had any toppings in. ( I asked for on the side as I was unsure of dietary restrictions since these sandwiches are not only for myself) the toppings would have gone into the sandwich but they refused to put in a bowl / to go container. Was treated was bad customer service. Never again at this subway restaurant.

I’d give Zero stars if I could! Ordered a $40 order online, went in to get my food, filled my drinks up and noticed they didn’t have lids to fit the medium cups. I asked the woman behind the counter (her name was Carisma) if they had lids and she said no. She told me that she could give me a small cup instead and I told her that’s not what I paid for and that it wasn’t my fault they didn’t have the lids. She said that’s the best she could do for me and when I asked to get a refund she said she will have to take my order and I would have to “reorder” it…..Makes no sense! She stated that she was a manager…..Being a “manager” your job is to please the customer and not get into an argument over CUPS in the middle of your restaurant in front of other guests! Carisma was a terrible person with a terrible attitude and especially since all of that could’ve been avoided because she ended up giving me the large cups after arguing with me for 15 min and threatening to call the cops on me! Wrong business for her to be in! Won’t be back and I hope this review finds the person it needs to

After standing in line and ordering a whole sub…right when I was getting ready to pay I was told they didn’t accept coupons. My coupon was 7.99 for a sub..and it was sent through the mail. Manager stated she couldn’t discount the sub. I ended up leaving without paying for it, instead of discounting a sub you would rather waste it? Even 10% would’ve made me purchase. As a former general manager and SUBWAY franchisee co owner I’m highly disappointed. I usually support every subway whenever I’m in town. I hope the franchisee owner sees this and makes adjustments expeditiously.

I came into this location and was instantly greeted. You don’t find that at a lot of places nowadays. I had a few questions regarding some deals that were available on the app. The workers were very educated about the deals and explained everything in full detail. Along with some restrictions at this location that the app does not register. Very happy with the service here.
