We came here with a group of six for breakfast. We ordered an omelet, eggs Benedict, and some buns. After an hour and a half of waiting, the server finally came back just to tell us they didn’t have the buns at all. On top of that, our friends were served a stale Cinnabon.
This kind of service is simply unacceptable — extremely slow, disorganized, and clearly not customer-focused. Very disappointing experience, and definitely not worth the time or the money.

We had an incredible experience at Spinnaker Restaurant! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Our server, Tara, was outstanding – friendly, attentive.
The food was equally as amazing as the service. Steak and cheese quesadilla was packed with flavor, the haddock fish fry was perfectly crispy and fresh, and the tuna stack was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Every dish exceeded our expectations.
Between the great service, atmosphere, and top-quality food, Spinnaker is a place we’ll definitely return to!

Excellent service, in general…Karrie was fantastic at breakfast, Sam (? – middle aged dude with a short beard) was great at night. First night I had the Maine lobster special, it was good, sides were excellent. Second night, prime rib special – prime was well cooked and seasoned, asparagus was OK, potato was good. Then, finally caught breakfast on the last day…best meal, by far. Karrie was phenomenal and chipper and helpful with her wide, gracious smile(even at 0630). Her suggestions were spot on. The French Toast was great, sides as well. But now, the best part. I’m a country boy at heart, born in Dallas, lived in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Florida, and now Pennsylvania…mostly rural areas and small to tiny towns. As hick as it sounds, I am a biscuits and gravy freak. This is difficult to say, but the biscuits and gravy here MAY just be the best I’ve ever had. Anywhere. I’ll only say this part because Grandma can’t read this post from the grave…but, really, best ever. The biscuits were perfectly sized and cooked, and also grilled to a crispy excellence under a blanket of some of the most flavorful, amazing gravy I’ve ever had. Seriously, the best ever. I’ll be back next week to verify the validity, just to make sure of the consistency.

Cooked perfect and delicious. Montana the manager made sure we were taken care of to every detail. Then we walked to TT’s. So relaxing and the band was good. I would rate the whole experience a 10. Merry Christmas to the staff.

Very Nice place for a Four Points. The restaurant was nice and very clean. Our server Sam was amazing. Alway kept out drinks full.. prime rim was very good. Nice cut of beef for 30 dollars. No one is giving food and service like this for 30 bucks. Highly recommend !

We had such a great experience at Spinnaker Bar & Patio Dining! Our server Tara was amazing — friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The drinks were just as good as the service thanks to Joe behind the bar — his cocktails and margaritas were spot on! Great food, great atmosphere, and even better people. Can’t wait to come back!

Waling in the restaurant looked upper class higher end was ver inviting. However from the moment some one greeted us until we were finished with our dinner… the service is very lacking. High-end restaurant that has $40 entrées and 15 $18 drinks the management to the servers to the bartenders is horrendous when you’re in a higher end restaurant speaking from prior experience as a food and beverage manager of a large hotel with three restaurants & five bars, you would expect yourself as a manager and your employees too treat and speak in a little different manner and tone . Then they way your treated when walking into a corner bar where you can grab a shot and a beer after work with your buddies

We chose to dine at the Christmas buffet due to the limited holiday dining options available in Charlotte County. Upon arrival, we observed that the buffet was set up in the hotel lobby, an area with frequent foot traffic from guests checking in. As a result, the doors were constantly opening, making the space uncomfortably warm.
Seating availability was limited, and overall, the quality of the food was mediocre.

Went there 11/15/25 for Prime Rib, very slow, good service. Had prime rib 5 times now, 3 times was good, 4th time had to send back all 4 at our table, 5 time, last nite the potato was old, been sitting for awhile, not fluffy at all, tepid, prime rib was not tender, a lot of chewing, for all 3 of us. Very disappointed for $30 each. Maybe time for new place
