Well, hello this is John. I’ve been ordering pizza for this. Papa Murphy’s for a long time. I know the owner is cool. Sometimes he’s even working their buses we’re in.
Tonight I would have to say it was the worst of the worst of poorly made pizzas my favorite Mediterranean chicken whatever didn’t look at it like anything like I’ve ever seen them before very light on everything. I even asked for extra spinach and got even less spinach.
When I called, I called because I couldn’t get on my app. I don’t know what was wrong, but it wasn’t working. I told the guy that exact reason why I was calling. He’s the guy that has tattoos on his legs and has a beard. I know I’m well that’s the first time I think maybe he’s ever taken my order but I’ve seen him there.
As I was trying to figure out the pizzas name because I could never remember, I said Will let me look it up on your menu on the website because my app’s not working you could tell he was impatient and said that this is the busiest time of the week for them and the night I was actually sitting in to save more parking lot. There was only one person sitting there waiting for a pizza. I ordered it like that because I was on my other phone doing some business and I had to run to my storage unit real quick.
I don’t know I don’t think the owner would appreciate that kind of service one. The phone call because he’s asked me to call back twice when I was ready, but the only thing I was trying to do is get the website to work because my app wouldn’t work really disappointed about my pizza tonight even though it’s Tuesday night and they’re all special. I don’t believe it was worth the money. I just spent in fact I’m so un impressed with it. I’ve got it folded up in a corner of my car there’s no Gurrs anything at the edge of the pizza other words everything starts about 2 inches up everything‘s around the center. It just doesn’t look good. Doesn’t look like a Murphy’s Priest pizza that I’m used to getting it this location when I arrive at 7:45 you could easily see that he was the guy that took my order was in nothing but clean mode because they close at nine.

Great food and they’re always super quick when you place an order online. Depending on how busy they are the estimated wait time is usually about 30 minutes and I’ve never had to wait longer than that. And usually it’s done even quicker. I highly recommend the Chicken and Bacon Calzones. But their stuffed pizzas are really good also. And the cinnamon “wheel” is a great way to finish off the meal although it’s a rectangle and you have to use a fork before baking to flatten out the middle so it doesn’t bubble. Wish they still had s’mores pizza but it’s still really good. Would have given five stars but their has been a few times where the Calzones weren’t put together very well and were lacking a good balance of certain ingredients but that’s only happened once or twice depending on who’s working.

The cinnamon wheel is definitely not a wheel first off. And when I called the store telling them it didn’t bake right in a 2 inch deep rectangular pan, I was told “oh no, it does, you’re just not doing it right. Poke the middle and it’s fine.” Pizza was great, manager was rude.

Pictured with this review is why I won’t frequent a Papa Murphys again! My first time being there to pick up a friends order I paid for, just to get an unbelievable attitude from this ‘manager’. Payment went through, the screen said ‘thank you- payment approved’ then the system glitched out. The one guy handling the transaction was confused and not the guy in the pic. This joker came over and said would have to run my card again, as it didn’t go through. I told him what the screen said and my app was telling me the $30 was taken. He started puffing and saying he was about to reverse it. System is up and running again, I have another purchase paid for at another register, again no issues with the guy actually taking payment. For this joke to hand me his ‘reversal’ for me to read later that no their system only registered there was no transaction pending- nothing about a reversal on there. I assumed the refund would take a minute or a day to show, but no. So I had to call my financial institution this morning to tell them of this service and how this ‘manager’ insisted on running my card twice even though I showed him where I seen the transaction went through. He’s extremely arrogant, entitled, and puffy when he’s incorrect but still insisting it’s his way or the highway. I see other reviews saying the same thing about him and the owner should take a look at his performance! Or lack there of as I seen him do nothing but stomp around his counter with an attitude to announce ‘I’m not taking this’ and running out the back after his temper tantrum display in front of 2 adult customers, with a child! Great display of how you should act in public, for his subordinates and children- NOT! Never again! And it’s a shame as the actual pizzas and garlic knots were tasty.. but P poor customer service lost you 2 family’s worth of business! And we will continue to advise anyone to stay clear away from ‘this shop of steaming attitude’ Good luck with this person ‘left in charge’

This location has gone downhill. The last couple of times we have ordered a cowboy pizza, the sausage is crumbled in tiny pieces so you can’t even taste it. Last week, we ordered a cinnamon wheel. It came in a rectangular container with a label that says “Net Weight 24.9oz (706g)”. I put it on our digital scale and it only weighs 18.15 oz total including the container, label, shrink wrap etc! Hence, they shorted us a lot! The flyer in the container shows a picture of it shaped like a pizza. The directions are also wrong since it is thicker in the small rectangular container instead of on a pizza tray. My wife talked to someone there and they said “That’s the way they make their cinnamon wheel”. I wrote the corporate office about the issue and have never received a response. Time to find a new pizza place.

Always a good experience. A very good pizza at a great price. There is always a special going on so you can snag a large for $10 or less.
Personally, I really like their thin crust. It has a very nice texture and flavor. Plus it lowers the carbs if you are counting.
Also, they are known for their Valentine’s heart pizzas and their Jack O’Lantern Halloween pizzas. Cool, and cheap, for the kids.
