Serious decline in delivery service over the last couple of years. I’ve been ordering from this location for over a decade now, but delivery over the last couple of years has gotten so bad I’m just done with it. You used to be able to order ahead for a specific time range, but that’s been gone for a while. Instead, you have to order for pickup or “immediate” delivery. Of course, they start with an estimated delivery of 30-45 min, but an hour later you’re still waiting. I’m less than 10 min from the store, and they still can’t get me a timely delivery regardless of how much I tip… Compare this to the EP location near my friend’s place, which delivers early every single time. Not sure if the SLP location is experiencing a management/delivery/kitchen issue, or a combo, but they’ve lost me.

This is a pretty good Domino’s never had any problems,
The only issue I ever have is I order extra pepperoni and you can tell by the photo that it’s never extra pepperoni.
Whenever I go to another Domino’s and order extra pepperoni they always fill it up.
But besides that it’s still good pizza.

So I ordered my food early on a Friday night, never had issues before now with the service and it took half an hour for my food to even hit the oven. They said that this happens every night but I have consistently ordered on the weekend or a Friday night and never had issues. I saw employees walking around eating pizza, not doing work and when I asked what they were doing I got a response saying there was no one doing that. I won’t be ordering from this location again after the treatment from the staff.

Adam was our delivery driver and he was very timely and nice. The food has been pretty consistent when we order here. It said it’d take between 20-50 minutes to arrive and I believe we got it in 25. All in all, I’ve had good experiences at this store.

I ordered on line and when I got my food and opened it to my surprise the food was burned so I called to complain and they agreed to remake it but I had to go to Domino’s to pick it up. Fine not a problem. I pulled up to Domino’s only to be greeted by a rude and angry delivery drive he pulled up as I’m getting out the car and he starts yelling and using profanity at me I told him not to talk to Me like that and he continued so I went inside to talk to a manager only to discover nobody stepped up as the Manager so I told them all I am reporting this to the corporate office. They did replace the order only to my surprise when I got it home it was still the worst looking food ever. I will tell the whole entire world about this HORRIBLE DOMINO’S LOCATED AT 5551 w. LAKE STREET. MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55416 I DEFINITELY THE WORST I HAVE EVER IN MY LIFE CAME ACROSS THE EMPLOYEES ALONG WITH THE (NO) MANAGER ON DUTY IS A JOKE TO THE COMMUNITY. NEVER GOT A REFUND!!!!!!!

Horrible delivery driver. He was rude and refused to deliver. Why am I paying a 5$ delivery fee to meet at pickup point?? When I asked why the delivery wasn’t fulfilled he had no answer and just said speak to the manager Sarah..? I’ve had multiple successful deliveries from this location and regret tipping a cent. I work in customer service and am ashamed of this establishment. Do better as a pizza delivery service smh…

I used to genuinely like this Domino’s. But tonight was ABYSMAL. There should be no reason why I have to wait over 30 minutes for a carry out order. If I wanted to wait that long I would have just gotten it delivered. “It’s a Friday night. We’re always busy” is not a valid excuse when some of your employees are eating pizza while on the clock. None of this started happening until they put up a “hiring management” sign, so apparently these workers need control in order to behave. They were rude when we complained as well, when they should have stayed calm and made the moment right. I’ll be going to a different Domino’s from now on, and you should too. Horrible service.

The problem is, this particular location is so Hit or Miss. there are times the pizza is really good. Then there are times where is really bad. No in between. I think what i ordered had extra pepperoni and extra sauce. At least on some of the pizzas. Kinda annoying.

I am upset with my latest purchase here at my usual Dominos. I ordered some boneless BBQ chicken that had cheese and bacon -please see the photos of what was shown on the menu vs. what I received.
But my dear Dominos- how could you look at this and act like “this looks super appealing and JUST like what they will expect” and send it right out the door? Is there no one going we should redo that, it is truly unrecognizable).
As you can see from the photo it’s nothing but a chunk of burned cheese, possible chicken*, PLUS the smallest amount of BBQ sauce you can imagine that was literally just sputtered here and there.
*= I only knew it was chicken because it said so on the menu.
I don’t mean to be a pain in the ass- but when ya order 2 pizzas with 2 toppings that are supposed to be 6.99 they end up being 8.99 (even though I didn’t add anything additional) and then I paid $6.99 for the chicken atrocity my total was over $38.00 with the “special deal”

Pizza night is a special night for my son and I as I don’t make much money and we treat ourselves to one-two times a month to YOU Dominos.
Will you please make this situation right?
