Tortas we’re flavorful and big in size. The asada was rich and the combination of vegetables were perfect. They added a cebolla in there and it’s sweet and caramelized. The horchata wasnt bad there, a little bit watery, but got better the more you drank it.
My wife got the al pastor and it tasted rich as well. Missing the pineapples if you like that, but we didn’t mind.

I stopped by this taco food truck recently and had the asada and chorizo tacos — both were so good! The flavors were amazing, and you can tell everything was made with care and quality ingredients. I really liked that the tacos were wrapped in foil — it kept them nice and warm all the way until I got home. Everything was packed perfectly, and the whole experience was just great from start to finish. This spot is definitely going to be one of my go-to places now. Can’t wait to come back for more!

For a food truck this is top tier! The food is absolutely the best I’ve found in KC! They even got some tables outside and a cover from the elements. Best authentic Mexican food in KC! Taco tuesday is a must! Any meat taco for 2$!! Even Lengua, and tripa! More meat selection than other spot besides the Mexican Meat Market lol. You got to try the habenero hot sauce for the hot tolerant peeps!

This place is honestly amazing. The tacos have the perfect amount and flavor of meat and they come with lots of extras (lime, radish, cucumber, jalapeno, onion, cilantro, and salsa that actually packs a punch). Service is quick. I’m seriously in love with this place and I’ve gotten my fiance hooked on it! We lived in Argentine, KC for a while and have not had authentic tacos like those since moving to Olathe. Make sure you try every single one of their sauces, it’s so worth it! The people that run it are very friendly and answered all my questions when trying for the first time! Their Mexican rice is also delicious. Great little seating area for a night time stop

A taco truck in a parking lot of a liquor store. What more could you need in life? Seriously, tacos are fantastic. Comes with grilled onions and a grilled jalapeno on the side to put on, along with the other toppings. So good.
