Good freshly made burgers and fries. $1.00 drinks, any size current promo on-going. However, this Carl’s Jr.’s employees require some better customer service skills. No very nice, or out going to make your visit great, nor leave you wanting to come back. I got the $10.00 deal for 2, the drinks that came with the meal, were water sized drinking cups? Like, I expected a small, especially since you can get any size for $1.00 , but they never even offered an up grade.

My review is for the Double Bacon Beast Burger. Don’t get it. Save your money. The burger is very disappointing for what you’ll be paying. I expected a premium burger but the burger is made with the same regular quality ingredients as their other burgers. Same quality patties, bread, and thin cut bacon. The bread didn’t seem fresh at all and was flaking off as I handled it. I received it with a portion missing. From my experience only old bread does that. Just buy yourself a Superstar instead.

Alicia took our order and was very pleasant even though she was multi tasking. Seems like they don’t have too many employees. She was handling the drive thru and counter. Even with all that she was still friendly and helpful. We got our order quick. Please be patient with staff they are working hard.

Really bad service i oredered by uber eats on the july 13 at arround 12 am and i order the double diablo burger and i got a chese burger we order zuccinis and we got fries instead please dont order from uber eats avoid this location or just go in person to make sure everithing is correct

I expected more from Carls jr…ordered the sourdough carl and the super star combo. Super Star combo was good eventhough I think a while back the burger used to be bigger like the pic. The Sourdough Carl compared with the Sourdough jack doesn’t compare. On top of that they did not put bacon and the burger seemed smashed. I will stick with Jack in the Box with this one. Sorry not sorry. Seems now they use the same patty for every burger

My servers name was Alicia she was so nice she asked me what I wanted to order very politely with a smile that LITTERLY made my day if you ever see her please give her 5 stars she really deserves it also I ordered the lemonade drink with the popping Boba it is so good like I totally recommend it to anyone who love Boba or lemonade and also Alicia is the manager…written by my 11 year old daughter..God bless!

disappointed we came in for breakfast food but obviously that bothered them cause they had us waiting over 10 minutes to have our order taken just to ensure we miss the breakfast window cut off. really nice, also shouldn’t take that long to be acknowledged in the store. also this place looks disgustingly dirty

I ordered a guacamole bacon burger combo, a western bacon cheeseburger with Angus patties and double. And a chocolate shake. The staff was very nice but I spent over 50 dollars and they forgot one of my patties in the double western and they added star nuggets that I didnt order. The power aid was flat. When spending 50 bucks! Please double check orders. Will not come back to this one. Sticking to the montebello carls jr.
