Oh my goodness! The food was great. I got the chef salad which I didn’t take a picture of till my to go box. It was huge… enough for three people for sure!
Rick did the best job of serving us! His kind words and prompt service was great since it was a birthday celebration!
First time visiting and I will be back.

Small little Café, with a very friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious.
My family and I love trying different restaurants and cafés out. We drove 40 minutes just for this one. It was well worth it!

First time being at Sugarcreek Restaurant. Add the steak omelette with pepper jack cheese and homemade bread. Staff was very accommodating very talkative and inviting. The layout was comfort country style. They have a bloody mary bar on Sunday which we will be back. Headlights variety for canned and bottled alcohol as far as a wide variety of well spirits. Will definitely be back!

The only complaint I had are the chairs you sit in are pretty nasty and could use a shampooing.. HINT…love the fact that u can pay at the table and get your receipt..plz pay with cash for tips thou….it’s a 3% charge to use your debit/credit card. I’m guessing the machine they use.11/4/23

Cannot say enough how good the food was here at this out of the way little hometown restaurant. We stopped on our way back home from a trip up north on a Sunday around 9am, and it was very busy. One table left, one parking spot left. Everyone was working very hard but there just weren’t many staff there so we probably waited 45 minutes at least for our food. We weren’t in a hurry, but we saw others getting perturbed. I had a veggie omelet, and my husband had biscuits with homemade gravy. My toast was homemade bread, and my omelet was really good! One other thing, they know how hashbrowns are supposed to be prepared! They eventually got caught up on orders as tables emptied. Highly recommend this place.

Service was friendly and very efficient. I had a simple to go order, a heights burger (didn’t realize it was 2 patties, that thing is huge/amazing) and was clearly made with skill. The picture doesn’t do it justice. Can’t wait to try more of the menu when back in town.

We were served an adequate meal the potatoes definitely were not very crispy they were very bland. The omelet was food service quality. Not at all worth the price. The wallpaper is old, peeling and dirty. The window sill filthy my date said don’t touch it it will get in our food! Served by the “manager” unprofessionally dressed in stained sweatshirt, I wouldn’t have admitted that I was in charge of the place. If your dining areas are dirty what must the kitchen look like. You should be ashamed to admit that you are in charge.
There were a fair amount of old folks there. Maybe their cataracts need to be removed because if they could see the coffee stains dripping on the wallpaper and dust and peeling paper they may go somewhere else.
Not ever comfortable in a dirty restaurant. Ever!
