We hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner at Apres Burger Bistro on 2/25/2026 and it was absolutely fantastic! Our group had people with all kinds of tastes, and the menu truly had something for everyone. Everything we ordered was delicious, and our guests kept commenting on how great the food was.
The staff was incredibly accommodating and provided such great service throughout the evening. We had a pretty large (and slightly rowdy!) group of out-of-towners, and they handled us with ease and made everyone feel welcome and taken care of.
They really made the night feel special and relaxed — like we were part of the family. It was the perfect place to kick off our wedding weekend, and we’re so grateful to the whole team at Apres Burger Bistro for such a great experience!

Great burgers with unique toppings. We were a table of 6 and every meal was delicious. Service was good, food came out in decent time. Located upstairs not sure if there is elevator. Atmosphere was typical for a nice burger restaurant walking distance to the Steam Boat Springs ski base area. Clean restrooms.

After a day of skiing powder, a burger sounded like the perfect reward. And Apres hit the spot! I got the Gnarly Nutter with a grilled jalapeño and a side of Brussels sprouts, paired with a 90 Schilling. And to top it off, Adriana was delightful and took great care of us. I’ll be back!

I have tried this place three times now and each time I get a raw burger still dripping blood. The first order I asked for medium well then the last two times I put well done. The first two times I also ordered their full send fries and both times I got hard match stick fries with little to no toppings and hard dried cheese. Should have stopped holding on to faith and not wasted my money after the second trip

satisfied by the quality of food, service, and hospitality here. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating and food arrives fast. The food is always great quality, I always crave the fries and a chicken burger. I love to sit at the bar and enjoy a quiet happy hour to myself.

Love this place! Been coming here for years now and as someone with celiac, they make dining here a treat. They have a separate fryer they use for fries if you’re celiac/gluten sensitive and soft gluten free buns for their burgers. The staff is so helpful and kind and the food is delicious. My go-to is any of their burgers but switch it up with chicken, sweet potato fries, and their Brussels sprouts.

Nice spot in the middle of this resort town. Appetizers were definitely great with some minor opportunity for improvement on the main dishes (slightly overcooked and under seasoned). Staff was very friendly and ambiance was great.

Top 3 burger of my life. The bomb with the jalapeños incredible. The place was packed but we were sat quickly and our food was out quick and like I said, top 3 burger of my life. The hand cut fries are no joke. The server was awesome he knew all the questions my spouse had about allergies. 10/10

Possibly the best burger (“The Bomb”) I’ve ever had. My wife really enjoyed her salad, and especially the fried green tomatoes. Our server (Oscar) was excellent, attentive, and very personable. Will definitely be back!
