Ordered online on Wednesday3/4/26 and several bites were already eaten before realizing the bread was moldy. This immediately made each of us sick. Spent about $50 for two shrimp and wing dinners. The store refused to issue a refund due to the order being placed online through their website. I’ve contacted corporate for seval days and filed a complaint and have still not been contacted by management from the store or anyone from corporate. There has been zero urgency, zero resolution, and no refund. Completely unacceptable quality control and customer service. I would not recommend anyone eat at this establishment.

Few months back this was actually really good. Just ordered today and this was a complete scam. Baby/mini shrimp disguised in a bunch of batter for a shrimp/fish combo dinner. Shrimp were Waayy overcooked and dry. Catfish significantly smaller and disgusting taste, fries were significantly smaller. However the price was still $20. EVERYTHING was dry and overcooked. I get the cost of everything went up but don’t charge the same $$ for less quality and quantity. Would have been better if price went up for the quality. Definitely WONT be back.

We’ve been going to Cap’n Jay’s for years. Twenty whole wings are now thirty bucks! What the…? That is now too rich for our blood(wallet). We will have to find another wing joint. It’s too bad prices go up on stuff. At some point businesses will close.

You catch it they cook it is the freshest way to eat fish and they didn’t disappoint. Their side dishes were great as well. Nice and friendly workers too! Would definitely recommend
