We went to Gemini in Boulder and absolutely loved it! Definitely make a reservation if you want a table it gets packed. We didn’t have one, so we sat at the bar, and I’m so glad we did! The bartenders were super sweet and friendly they even let us try their sangria before ordering, which was such a nice touch. The restaurant serves tapas-style dishes, so the portions are smaller and perfect for sharing. Every plate we tried was delicious and beautifully made. Amazing food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service I can’t wait to go back!

Loved everything we ordered. The roasted cauliflower and the squash soup were our favorites.

Ordered – oysters, Boquerones, atun crostini, roasted cauliflower, winter squash soup, baked mussels, chorizo wrapped black cod, and tarta de Santiago.

If we lived here, we would be here every week.

The servers we had were also amazing.

I’m from Europe and we just returned from Spain and found the food here to be better than many restaurants we’ve eaten at in Barcelona. You won’t be disappointed. Well done to the team at Gemini for offering fantastic food and service! Every dish was a winner!

We got the octopus and mixed olives. The the octopus was cooked perfectly and the potatoes had a good rosemary flavor. Overall a good tapas restaurant.

You have to get the baked goats cheese and the bacon wrapped dates. They are simply the best. Quality food with great service. Thankyou so much best ending to my wife’s bday

My group stopped off for a quick bite and drinks. The small plates were different and delicious, and our server Maria excellent. If you are looking for 4oz wine pours, then this is your place. Took stars off for the ridiculous servings.

Tasty tapas and wonderful service! The restaurant is cozy, with a variety of high and low tables, even some that have a view of the open kitchen. Our server, Kyle, took great care of us – from walking us through suggested menu options to making sure the flow of service was seamless, he didn’t miss a beat. The menu offered a variety of flavors that all complimented one another. We left feeling full after sharing 5 smaller dishes and a dessert. If you don’t like to share, they have several options that are “entree portions”. The restaurant is easy to access on Pearl St, with indoor and outdoor seating, weather permitting. Upon receiving our check, we were given a post card with the restaurant’s logo – very nice touch!

Stopped in between lunch and dinner with a friend. I had 2 oysters and the crab salad with a glass of white wine. All tasted so good! Friend had goat cheese with gluten free toast. We shared chocolate dessert and both had lattes. UPS al and pricy, but great flavors and experience overall.

We loved Gemini and it has a lively atmosphere. We loved the different blends of Margaritas (we loved the Elderflower) and it’s modern spin.

All the tapas we tasted had a little bit of a different to its traditional counterparts. We kept wondering what how our palate will be surprised with each dish.

Lovely survive and a good time.

Stopped by for a Sunday happy hour and was overall very pleased.
The baked goat cheese was fantastic, and the fried artichoke hearts were also good (and felt like a pretty good value).
Also got a couple of cocktails (I liked the blueberry bourbon one) and tried all three sangria flavors. White had a stronger wine taste, red was pretty sweet and a bit overbearing, but the pink landed a pretty good balance. At $5 a glass, I wasn’t complaining.
Interesting that there’s a 3.25% sustainability fee when dining in – that could add up quickly on a larger tab.
