The service is fantastic and the inside of the building itself is amazing, however, I always run into food quality issues.
Tonight will likely be my last time returning to this location. I asked for my items to be grilled and they surely did that, to the extent of burning all of the items into something that’s not edible.
I will say I appreciate Kevin (the manager?) as he said I could come back at anytime and they’d remake them without questions asked.

Placed an order in the store on their Kiosk and had to wait 45 minutes for our food, there was a lady that had been waiting a hour for an online order she placed. When we did finally get our food we waited another 10 minutes to get our drinks. There was one guy working the drive-thru and making food for the drive-thru at the same time. While he was going back and forth he did not change his gloves or wash his hands. This TacoBell has been going downhill for a very long time.

Not that bad of a taco bell, only gripe is that they wont give you cups. And stare at you while you wait to get them. And only acknowledge you when you do their job for them and grab the cups you paid for. Like I get you have things to do, so do I.

My husband and I miss the old manager here. She took her job seriously, my husband always orders a #6 he always tells them no tomato due to being highly allergic, she would have her crew wash their hands and put a new set of gloves on because that is the policy when you have someone highly allergic to something. Well, last night on 12/21/2023 they did not follow that policy at all, the crew there now don’t give a damn about their customers, they just rush to get you out which is horrible customer service and food safety practices. My self ordered a soft taco, no lettuce. Well, this is what I get. I have thought about applying to being a GM at this location because I know damn well I would take my job a lot more seriously than the ones in there now. I would hold every employee accountable and make sure they get the proper training they need. The last several times we have gone to this location has been a huge disappointment. They don’t even keep the line clean also so nasty in this taco bell. I don’t even think they are food safe certified in there, which they should be.

Didn’t get the $9 burrito my husband ordered, had to remind them about the Mexican pizza because it wasn’t in the bag either. Food was cold. The nachos bell grande was nothing but soggy chips, beans and sour cream. Someone was being interviewed and the manager was sitting there belching, so gross.

Every once in awhile they come up with a new item that excites the masses. In my opinion Taco Bell has to add more beef to the questionable mixture they call beef.
If they can come out with a beefier and less ricey product. They can excite again.

The Angloa in indiana is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. I normally love taco bell but that one is ran with nothing but teenagers who hate their jobs, and don’t care about nothing. They got half my order wrong and told me it was my fault, then refused to give me a refund, because I still got half my order.

My daughter and I ate there anstaff was very nice and friendly. Tacos were as good as tacobell gets and neatly made but poorly wrapped. Overall clean but a few dirty tables and nobody was even there. Overall id go again cause the employees were nice!
