As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I can see how responsive the owners are in reading and providing feedback about reviews posted here. ATTENTION OWNER: You need to spend additional time employing workers who demonstrate the level of customer service you want if you entered the store hungry. Review your cameras on 11/29/2025 at 12:45pm. Also, please don’t respond to this post with a bunch of excuses and defensive statements because what l experienced is loud enough and reflective of what is allowed to occur here.

ATTENTION PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER: Don’t waste your time coming here. Walked in, no acknowledgement, and self service order screen out of order. This is how businesses close. SMH. Wendy’s next door was the complete opposite.

I just brought a meal and this is how it looks,like someone has eating some of it just look at the bread the ketchup looks like it was wiped off no fries the meat and pie looks like someone but it they can have that $5.00 my first and last time eating there I didn’t get no recipe.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. You walk in and they don’t acknowledge you. Then when I ordered, the cashier look as if she didn’t want to be there. Didn’t give my receipt, didn’t tell me my drink was ready or nothing. First impression is everything & I won’t be back !!!!!!

Typically my husband and I will eat the 2 double spicy chicken w/cheese for $7.00.
Which after tax you pay $7.74 which for the size of the spicy chicken breast being doubled is more then enough for us. Rarely we will add a drink and a fry to the order for $3.00 more. Which will put it coming out to $11.49 but they recently changed their cups and claim that the cups are bigger but in fact they are not. So you save money by getting just the double and grabbing a large fountain drink from the pilot or Penny wise. Which is my favorite place to get the world’s best Sweet Tea.. I can sip on their sweet tea all day weather its cold or lukewarm.
This is in reference to the breaux bridge checkers. They have a older lady that works the drive thru that is rather moody.. She really need to leave her problems at home or she just doesn’t need to be working the window or front line. The attitude in her tone is very unpleasant and unprofessional. She is ugly to other employees and customers for no apparent reason. Now that checkers is the only checkers that I will eat at because of how well the chicken sandwiches are cooked. The other restaurants have all honesty depleted in enjoyment as for as the environment and the people that will just be hanging around outside and in the parking lots. Im not sure if that is due to the area in which the few restaurants are located or the employees.. If they could figure out how to resolve the few things that I have expressed my opinion on then I can see my family going and sitting outside to enjoy a beautiful afternoon or evening meal..

I have come here about 1/2 dozen times and had a good experience except for the last and final time! Ordered food in the drive thru, got the wrong order. Went back thru the drive thru, returned the food and got the wrong order again! Went back thru the drive thru and the manager, I suppose asked to see my receipt, which I never got. Took the food and our drinks back, supposedly refunded my card, which never received any refund! Then told me to go back in the drive thru and reorder!! What sense does that make??!! Yea ok. Never again!! Poor management!!

We were the only customers inside. They barely paid us any mind until we finally got someone’s attention. Took our order with an attitude then proceeded and to lock the door so no other customers could come in. While multiple people pulled on the door wanting to eat inside. When there is no sign that says the inside is closed. We also ordered the onion fries and the box wasn’t even halfway filled

Unbelievably rude manager took our order and then made us pull up with zero cars in the drive thru and no one inside. Took about 20 min to get us the food and practically threw it at us cause it started raining. My husband ordered chili cheese fries and we didn’t get a fork or napkins. Didn’t say sorry for the wait or anything. Will not be going back and will discourage others from going. Do better!
