Kolbey was very helpful in the drive thru window. He noticed me wiping down my wet door from the rain and he offered me a towel it was very kind and considerate of him. Everybody at this location always has a smile on their face. I love stopping by on my way home from work. 🙂

A good Tropical Smoothie Cafe location. I’ve eaten at several in different parts of the country, and the food here is just what I expect when I visit a TSC. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, and the food was served promptly and prepared properly. For those traveling on I-29, it’s not far off the interstate; don’t let the map fool you.

I’ve only gotten drinks & sweet potatoes (I’m gluten free so much of the meals have gluten).. Wasnt a big fan of the sweet potatoes. I’ve never asked if they could make the eggs with no wrap, to make it gf, maybe I’ll do that one day!
Drinks are OK. The mocha madness is pretty strong & I’ve asked to hold the Strawberries before, and still had a strawberry chunk in the bottom. Their protein powder is a bit gritty. Overall, this place is alright. But I prefer juice stop in Sioux falls if I have a choice.

I have eaten here twice, and enjoyed it very much both times. So glad they have a plant-based protein substitute, which other smoothie/”healthy” restaurants in town don’t offer. I really liked the hummus veggie wrap. I am not sure if their wraps/breads are vegan, but many of their smoothies are vegan, and they have the option to add B12 to your smoothie!

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafes. Regular customer. My only issue overall is that they don’t really make the supplements transparent.
The Brookings one however seriously lacks in customer service.
I didn’t get my cookie with my smoothie and instead of “oh, I’m sorry here you go” I got a glare and poor attitude like I was lying. This comes from their GM too who has messed up and gotten defensive and refused to fix it. I paid $10 for a meal and got cheese with NO chicken that I ordered
When I’ve tried the lean machine drink I got a legit pill in stuck in my straw.
There is ONE gentleman there that RADIATES positive vibes and he’s literally the only one there….
