Ordered my food at 4:13 got it at 4:19. Incredible fast service in additional to the friendly and elegant atmosphere. This Cheesy Pizza is transcending with luscious pineapples and decedent salami. The bread was cooked to perfection as if it was an artisan made and curated on the streets of Paris. I have truly never had such an amazing experience in my entire life. Every visit feels like a full moon’s reflection on the Pacific Ocean brimming with beauty and tranquility.

Worst customer service I’ve seen in York. The staff not only ignored me when I walked in but went out of their way to be rude and have a terrible attitude. I definitely don’t recommend eating here.

Just called to place an order at this west york location and NEED to mention that Missy gave me the best call experience I have ever had ordering at a restaurant. She was articulate, answered all questions I had (even tho I feel like some of my questions could have been found on the website) and left me with pep in my step for the day. Seriously, she went above and beyond for the phone call. I really appreciated the hospitality!

At my most recent visit, the employees were having having issues with their computer system… and I don’t know what was going on but there were only three tables with guests… so they weren’t that busy. I ordered vegetarian salads to go and it took over 30 minutes. The wait time I was originally given was 10 to 15 minutes. The situation felt chaotic and disorganized. The workers are trying their best but it’s obvious they need guidance and training. I am consistently disappointed and unimpressed with this location.

For the most part I feel the prices are fair but sometimes they can be cheap with the portion of fries you get when ordering takeout. (Note: It wasn’t an upgrade from chips.). I have an example of the fries in a photo. The container is small, You can see the bottom of the container under the fries, and multiple fries were ripped. For the price, it was a “rip-off”.

Had lunch here 2 Sundays in a row with a group. Servers were excellent. Food came out quickly. Everything was prepared well. Staff accommodated us well. Definitely on my list of favorites as customer service still matters here.

Been going to Isaac’s for years. Love Isaac’s good food, good environment. Pickled vegetables always delicious but yesterday something changed and I guess it has to do with the fact that they became a brewery or maybe because of the fact that they’re trying to. You know increase the atmosphere of their food or just bring more money in because of the economic times but their prices are starting to go up and not in a good way. They have offered up burgers. Never seen a burger at Isaac’s before but now they have them three of them. They’re all $20 each. That’s insane for a burger that better be the Best hamburger I ever ate that brings me closer than any woman ever has lol. Most of their sandwiches are sitting around $15 which is what they were always famous for but now they’re starting to incorporate all this other stuff and their prices are going up badly. They still have the same good food. Same friendly atmosphere but if your prices are going to climb like they are I’m sorry. Three of us should not be a $60 bill unless I went to something like Red lobster

On 10/25/24, 5:30 PM, our caterer was a no-show and I had 42 people in my yard waiting for dinner. I called Isaac’s on White Street, explained our story, and had sandwiches, chips, and fresh cookies by 6:30. Katelynn and the staff were kind, reassuring, and professional. Everything tasted great!
