the WORST wendy’s in this area. you would expect them to be better since it’s only a few months new but they really need to replace the staff. the service is terrible and the never have anything that’s on the menu. they close at 12 but stop takings orders at 11:30 which is very odd.

Worst wendy’s i think i have ever been too the drive thru wait was just ridiculous and they don’t seem to care at all to have you waiting 30+ minutes for mid food to charge you for sauce that they end up forgetting.

The service here sucks, it’s been horrible since they opened honestly. The drive through and inside could be slow or dead and it still takes them forever to take your order.

Everyone that works there is miserable. Customer service sucks. Wait times are astronomical and the food is dry. Oh! And they’ll charge you for sauces and then forget to put it in the bag. 10/10 do not recommend this location.

Tonight was my absolute last time ever going to this location…..every time I’ve tried to give them another chance (because the location is close to home), they screw it up. Overcooked baked potatoes, undercooked burgers…long wait times, laziness. They may or may not have been responsible for a touch of food poisoning I had….i feel like they were. I’ll be taking the drive down rt 40 to the better Wendy’s from now on.

Gave this location 2 chances and they failed both miserably. The ultra rude young “lady” who took my drive-thru order, the stale biscuit, which is a bun and not a biscuit, with the sad, tiny egg inside and getting the quantity of the items I ordered wrong ensures I will never return. You shouldn’t either.
