Southern and Val Vista location always comes through. Other locations tend to skimp on the toppings… These guys don’t. You have to love the Chicago stuff.

Over the past 3 years I keep hoping this Mesa location on Southern gets better. If you want crust and cheese, this is your place. If you actually want the toppings you ordered and paid for, go elsewhere. They are more interested in chatting with each other than actually working. The fact that hardly any customers are ever there is your sign. Order online, show up 10 minutes later, no pizzas made, nobody in sight. When they come out, they all chat with a kid looking for a job. No attempt made to work and fulfill the order of a paying customer. They then inform me that they have up to 30 minutes to make a pizza. Good grief. They need real adult supervision, a decent work ethic, education on properly topping a pizza and what customer service really is.

Great experience every time! Great ingredients and delicious! Always ready when I go to pick up and staff is always friendly and helpful. Cooking at home means it’s always HOT as opposed pick up or delivery from other places where it is lukewarm at best.

Great experience all around! The service on the phone was friendly and helpful. When I picked up the order, the female employee was friendly and professional. The pizza and pumpkin bars looked great even before they were baked. They both tasted great. I would definitely return.

I went there yesterday around 6, and the 2 ladies working were so nice. Imgreat customer service, provided me with information about the menu items, they had some great deals, I had told them that my kids were in the car, so they offered to bring it to my car, I don’t think I was here for longer than 10 mins.
