Used to really love this restaurant and convinced a group of 6 to come here for a birthday. Quite frankly was embarrassed that I recommended this restaurant. Sad how downhill it has gone. The appetizer of tuna on fried rice was inedible due to the saltiness of the rice. My martini cost a ridiculous $23 and was also too salty despite ordering it only slightly dirty. The rest of the food was mid. And no free dessert for a birthday. Worst of all, they charged for hot water – first time I have ever seen that. Really nickel and diming.

Terrible experience. We made valentines day reservations and it was mandatory to pay ahead due to the specialized menu they were offering. We got here right at 7:30pm and the table was not ready. It was extremely busy, they told us it would be a 30min wait and to sit at the bar. We couldnt leave because we paid ahead… You’d think that if you make a reservation that you paid money for and show up at the exact time its for that maybe they would have u wait maybe 5min to clean the table… but no… 45min later they brought us to a hight table with TERRIBLE small high round chairs. It was almost sitting in a downward angle. Very uncomfortable. My fiancé asked to be moved and they refused, but I refused to sit in such uncomfortable chairs because I wouldn’t be able to enjoy my meal so I went and asked to be moved. Again I was refused but I did insist that those chairs are not comfortable and I will not eat my food standing up. The host even agreed that the chairs are not comfortable and finally agreed to move us. We got moved outside to a far back corner away from any main view, let’s just say we sat waiting for about 1 hour.. the table next to us got serviced and we figured the waiter would jump to us next but she left and was gone for over 30min… but we paid ahead so we waited… my fiancé finally got fed up and went to flag the host down and tell him that we needed a waiter.. im not saying necessarily that the service is bad, the workers were never rude or unkind… it just being valentines day I dont think they were prepared enough or they overbooked. Idk. We’ve never been here before so I dont know how it is on a normal day to day basis. My fiancé made a joke that at this rate we would have already been sat and enjoying our meals if it was texas road house.. its 9:15pm and our food order was finally taken at around 8:50pm. But we still have no food.. again my fiancé made a reservation 1 week ahead for 7:30pm and paid in full ahead of times as well.
I cant comment on the food yet since we’ve only had drinks..

Tried multiple items today and we loved them. Zinque is right next to fashion square outside Bloomingdale’s with plenty of parking. Lovely ambiance with sofas and nice patio outside. We tried quinoa burrito, falafel sandwich, tomato mozzarella panini and egg zucchini frittata. Out of all, falafel sandwich is the best with unique eggplant roasted in it, delicious. Quinoa burrito is pretty good, panini is a bit bland and frittata is just ok. But overall totally recommend it.

Zinqué was such a lovely experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were kind and attentive without being overwhelming, and the atmosphere was cozy, calm, and perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for good vibes and great food

I had the day off and decided to meet up with some friends for brunch with my little one! This restaurant is located in the back of the mall, near Nobu and Francine.

They have such a nice patio area, which would be great for the cooler months. Inside, there were plenty of seating options. They gave our table a high chair and took our order.

We had really great service for our meal and she was very attentive.

I ordered the crispy eggs with prosciutto, which came with bread and a bed of arugula. This was really good, and I feel like a pretty good value for prosciutto ($18.)

I also ordered their gluten-free blueberry banana bread for my son. It was nice that the bread was not overly sweet, as most banana breads can be.

This was a nice location for our little catch-up, and we would love to come again to enjoy their outdoor seating.

We first tried Zinque on a Sunday night at our normal time, around 7:30p to 8p, which resulted in us having this chic, spacious, high-ceilinged bistro pretty much to ourselves. We dined at a high-top in the bar area, which gave us a great view of the entire joint. Next time we will probably dine at the long, atmospheric bar, as we usually do. Or outside in the open-ended courtyard.
We noticed that several people came in for pickup orders and that some dine-in guests started arriving as it got later, which are both good signs. For dinner I was torn between ordering the Steak Frites (an onglet) or the Moules Frites, and chose the mussels, which were plump but not quite as plentiful as I like in a main. The frites were thin and crispy, and served with mayo, and therefore excellent. Sarah ordered La Bowl or Da Bowl or Le Bowl, or something like that, which our excellent server said is one of their most popular dishes. It was a delicious mix of salady stuff (perfectly ripe avo) with a generous amount of shredded chicken. I would like to have seen a couple bottles of red wine at a little lower price point. We will be back.

I’ve always loved this place — I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half, at least once a week. There used to be a lovely waitress who was always very kind, but during my last visit there were two male servers working, and they behaved extremely disrespectfully.

I came with my child and a stroller. They told me to wait, even though only a couple of tables were occupied. My child urgently needed to use the restroom, so I left the stroller by an outdoor table and then came back and sat down. No one approached us. I eventually went to the bar, and the waiter came over, but instead of apologizing he spoke to me very rudely and told me that I “must wait at the entrance.” There is no host at this restaurant, and I couldn’t stand and wait with a baby in my arms.

I left and later called to speak with a manager. The same waiter took my number and said someone would call me back, but I’m quite sure they threw away my number — no one ever contacted me.

I truly wish the management knew how their regular customers are being treated. This is a great place with good food, and I would happily continue coming if the service were respectful.

I would have given 5 stars if I had enjoyed my entree as much as the appetizer. The smoked salmon carpaccio was excellent, served with an avocado salad that was tasty.

I ordered the leek and gruyare quiche with French fries. The fries were addictivelly good, as was the mayo based dipping sauce. The quiche, however, was flavorless

The crust was great. And I’m a big quiche fan, but this was just bland. Also, the leeks were on the tough side.

Chairs at the bar are very uncomfortable

Wow !!! An awesome kitchen Delicious!!!
We choose this restaurant only by the reviews pictures and it was an Amazing Choice!
I had the branzino and honestly it was just the best fish in my life no jokes, it was cooked perfectly, sauce was very good also!
Also I had the most delicious french toast ever they’re not smelling like dirty old oil, beautiful serving look, also I want to mention the berries on the top, they were really fresh and tasty , other restaurants sometimes put purple old strawberries.Yikes…
My husband liked a lot his steak and french fries
Our friends were happy with their choices also!!
The server boy was very very friendly, helpful, nice, professional, everything went great!

My wife and I had brunch there. We ordered Dungeness Crab Omelette and Croque Madam and truffle French Fries. First food was great, although there was a hitch when the food first came out and instead of Crab Omelette they brought a Crab salad and the Croque Madam was missing the egg. Service Staff quickly fixed those items. The patio seating is very nice and faces the interior street in Kierland Marketplace though on a hotter day might need more shade. We didn’t really make any reservation or provide the hostess with the info that it was our anniversary. However, they did hear me and my wife talking about it and brought us a chocolate souffle as a special treat for the occasion.
