Went to this location today (10/10/2025) instead of my usual because it was near work. I wanted to order a Matcha Lemonade tea which I know is no longer an official menu item but other stores have previously rung it in for between $5-6. At this store they tried to charge me $8. I asked if the person I was speaking to was an employee or a manager and they had stated employee. They tried to sell me other items when I said I have never been charged that much for that item before to which I stated I didn’t like or couldn’t drink. I asked to speak with a manager this employee then tried to state that they were the manager on duty. I felt lied to and like they were trying to overcharge and take advantage of me. I will never stop at this location again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else go there either.

Love that there is now a location in Phoenixville. It is very convenient and the staff are very friendly. They move the lines along quickly and everything is good quality. They always have everything available.

I was thrilled when this location opened, especially since it’s only 2 minutes from my house. Not only does it have nugget ice, but the baristas are incredibly kind. Thank you for going the extra mile for your customers!

Date: 8/7/25 – This was the first time I was in this starbucks location ( it looked fairly new) & I have to say, I was blown away with the customer service & how welcoming/engaged every employee was. It was a breath of fresh air to be greeted with a hello & goodbye. I spent some time working in the cafe & even noticed employees greeting customers by their names & sparking up conversations with them. Keep up the great service pville starbucks team!

Faster Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Usually they have lines wrapped around the street, but the line is never long here. Been here several times and my drinks are perfect, Cold (Nitro Cold Brew) and quick. Staff also super friendly!!
