Great Pho spot! The broth is less sweet but more rich, which I actually prefer. And the flatter rice noodles that they use are freshly made and great at carrying the flavor of the broth. I’m definitely a fan or Northern pho now.
The pounded eye round was new to me but incredibly tender and juicy, I would recommend. I also had the Pho Short Rib, which came with a very generous amount of short rib.
We also had the pork and shrimp spring rolls which were fantastic with fresh and crisp vegetables.

This is a convenient stop for a bowl of Pho. I didn’t like the order kiosk. If you order extra ingredients, it’s comes on the side; not with the main dish. The broth was good, but the pounded meat just falls apart. The egg coffee wasn’t sweet enough for my taste. You may have to ask for extra sweetened condensed milk. It’s a comfortable atmosphere with vintage decor.

My go-to pho spot in Carrollton. The service is great and the soup is flavorful. I ordered the Pho Combination—the meat is unique, though I just wish it had a little more tendon. I really appreciate that the meal comes with barley tea and cooked bean sprouts. Total came out to around $20+ after tax and tip.

Food is always delicious, customer service is always superb. One of my favorite pho places in the area. Broth is rich, delicious, and the noodles are cooked well. I also order their salt coffee and coconut coffee here too, always delicious

I ordered the pho tai lan and the signature pho, both of which were good. However, the herbs that came with the pho had black spots on all of them. It felt inconsistent with the quality of the food they served—like care was put into the dishes but not into the ingredients accompanying them. I didn’t understand why they would serve herbs in that condition, and I would have preferred if they had just told me they were out of fresh ones. Unfortunately, I’ll most likely not return in the future.
