Edit: subsequent visits have been just as good! Cannot recommend this place enough.
Great bowls, portion sizes and prices you can’t beat. Friendly service.
La Casita just made the big move from Kittery to Hampton, NH—and wow, in just a week or two of being open they are already owning the new spot! We walked in and spotted familiar, friendly faces from the old place, and it was packed!
Now, the food—oh man, where do I start? We dove into our familiar favorites…
The Mahi Mahi bowl with fluffy yellow rice, fresh slaw, and their legendary spicy sesame sauce. That sauce? It’s HOT (in the best way possible)—bold, flavorful, and addictive. If you like a little fire with your fish, this one’s calling your name.
The Cuban Piccadillo with black beans, slaw, and their garlic crema… STOP EVERYTHING. That garlic crema is so ridiculously delicious, they should bottle it and sell it by the jar. Creamy, garlicky perfection that elevates the whole bowl to next-level amazing.
Prices are super fair—bowls run about $15–$17, which feels like a steal for this much flavor and quality.
And the menu? Beyond what we ordered, they’ve got Cubanos that look epic, juicy burgers, chicken options, Papas Bravas that scream “order me,” crispy sweet potato fries, and a bunch of other crave-worthy goodies. Something for everyone, whether you’re a local craving your fix or a beach tourist looking for a standout meal.
Locals: Try this place as soon as possible, it will become a favorite. Beach goers: Skip the beach food and come here for real Puerto Rican inspired delishiousness, you’ll be plotting your next visit!
Enjoy!
