I’ve been ordering pizza from them almost a decade now. Customer service has always been the same. Nice and welcoming. I don’t venture too much in their menu. My family’s go-to choices are always delicious. I’ve gone to both latham and east greenbush locations and must say that I prefer greenbush. The service is more accommodating (in my opinion). All this to say that I appreciate their business and would recommend them to your family both as dine in and take away food options.

My husband and I love the pizza here. Tonight, it was terrible. Not sure who made the pizza, but it was a disaster! I’ve ordered the exact pizza before. I just asked for no chicken on the GMAC side. It’s usually not swamped with the sauce – East Greenbush.

I purchased slices, BBQ, Buffalo, Pepperoni.
Bbq and Buffalo are flavorless and lacked any sauce. Pepperoni slice was ok not great. The undercarriage was burnt on all the slices. All the great pizza in the 518 this isn’t one of them.

Good chicken wings! Very tasty and crispy. I want more cheese on my pizza and the crust is not as crispy as I expected. Great go-to place for quick eats and bottomless drinks! Overall great food quality and the service is tops with friendly staff!

My family and I order from here every week. Usually it’s is fantastic. Tonight we were having a family dinner and I convinced everyone to get paesans over another pizza place. This is what we were served. We ordered two orders of garlic knots and got one order, below is how they were served. The chicken wings are so small. The pizza was delicious. They did offer to remake the food but wouldn’t deliver it even though I had already driven there once and we are only 7 miles away. The manager blamed “understaffing” but being understaffed should not lower the quality of the product being served. The order was about $100, we didn’t get one of order of garlic knots, couldn’t eat the other Oder because they were burnt to a crisp and the wings were small and dry.

We ordered a gluten-free pizza with no cheese for pick up. Upon pick up, we were given a hard time about the incorrect order. We were made to feel unwelcome and guilty about the incorrect order. We were actually asked why we could not eat the pizza with the cheese on it. we then called to speak with the owner who was the individual giving us a hard time upon pick up. We waited on the phone for close to five minutes before hanging up. This is very disappointing. He didn’t even give As the full refund. We always order from the Latham site and never have any issues. I would never order from East Greenbush again!
