Was vacationing in Cali and decided to come here. I drove by and seen a sign deal for pizza only to walk in and be told it was not real and I would have to pay more. I let the man know that’s false advertising and that sign should be taking down and he told me no.
I purchased 2 pizzas for my hungry children…
1 large cheese
1 large pepperoni
Did taste good but about 2 hours after eating my children and I all were sick, throwing up running to the restroom. Such a bummer from a big chain that I thought I could trust.
Customer service could have been better by not falsely getting me into the establishment with a lie.
Since that sign was up it should have been honored.
I took a picture of the sign they also had on the counter… shame on you Pizza Hut!!
So to clarify it says $7 and he told me $10 each pizza…

just order pizza from there are really tripping now first thing is if you order pizza over the phone and your price is over a certain amount they make you pay with a debit card over the phone they say you can’t use cash at all if ita over a price my total cost for my meal was 44.00 they said you have to use debit card they said if you don’t have a card you can’t buy the pizza there. Second this is you can’t talk to the store no more because they don’t have enough people in there store so you have to talk to a call center and you can’t under stand the people taking your order over the phone and if you get extra topping on your pizza they will charge you double for the extra topping the service there went down and Quality went down I received this is suppose to be bbq boneless wings where is the sauce that’s supposed to be on it Mathew said there is nothing he can do about it and than he can refuse the order he don’t have to take it back he was a rude supervisor don’t waste your money here

Ordered them for curbside pickup and no one shows up when we arrived and waiting in the car on front store, decided to pickup them up in the store and no apology from them at all.

Ok… Where do i start… The last time that i went into this location (about a month ago) i got into an arguement with an employee (caucasion guy/overweight/beard) because i wanted a pan pizza and the only way that he could do it, is if i paid for it, and i wasnt doing that, so he ended-up just doing it again and telling me that he wasnt never doing it again, he somehow forgot that im still the customer and the customer is always still right! So fast forward to tonight, when i went to pick-up my order, my wings looked like that and when i asked the guy (same guy) to put some more sauce on my wings, he said only if i paid an extra 1.50! I asked the other employee standing there if he saw sauce on my wings and he just played dumb- it wasnt an essay question- either you see it or you dont! Does anyone see sauce on these wings that’s reading this? DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT order from this location in rialto, next to the spearmint rhino! And i will be calling the pizza hut headquarters and requesting that the main guy that i was talking to be fired because he has a serious attitude problem!

i ordered my pizza online and it arrived very quickly. i got an email notification as well as several texts containing my order’s details. the person that delivered my pizza was also super friendly. this pizza hut provided me and my little sister a delicious, last minute dinner. thank you :))

We don’t enjoy Pizza Hut anymore, for one they don’t have Pizza Hut delivery drivers anymore so the driver is always late. There’s no accountability. 2nd this Pizza Hut store does not make the same pizzas consistently. Meaning if I order the same thing on different occasions that the pizzas are gonna be different. Whatever order over matches what we get.

Worst experience ever. Matthew, the person who “helped” me at this store was less than useless and the “customer service” for Pizza Hut is a joke. Never delivered my order and everyone gave me a hard time as I attempted after 2 hours to figure out what happened to my order. Was told originally by the store that my order didn’t exist while customer service was telling me they could see it active in their system. Got a bum excuse from the store that the driver couldn’t find my address and that my phone number didn’t work. Convenient excuse. Especially after Matthew confirmed the driver went to the wrong location multiple times by his own admission. Got a lame “not my problem” kind of response. Will never order here again. Wish I could give negative stars.
