The Traveled Cup in St. Albans, VT hasn’t changed much over the years (aside from ownership). The laid back atmosphere is always great, the Coffee, courtesy of Brown&Jenkins, delivers a perfect cut of coffee or blended coffee drink every time and the baked goods, well those are beyond yummy. Although I haven’t tried their other menu offerings, I would think they are also excellent!
There is adequate seating, books to read, toys for children to play with and all in all, just a wonderful place to spend a little time ‘hanging out’.
Finally, the staff is attentive and more than willing to answer your questions on their drinks and food…and there’s no feeling of being rushed to make a decision quickly…taking your time is welcome here. Thank you for that!
We will always return to The Traveled Cup when we are in Vermont and if you find yourself wondering where to go for a quiet afternoon and good cup of coffee, just GPS their location and visit.

Enjoy the delicious turkey and cheese sandwich on a croissant, and a delightfully semi sweet chai. Great service, relaxing atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back.

Ordered a good cup of brewed coffee. Great place to sit and have coffee within the old building. Great planked floor. They do have a small selection of pastry.

Wonderful and cozy place. Today was my first time at this establishment. The young women behind the counter are very nice and accommodating. The turkey sandwich on a fresh baked buttery croissant was truly delicious. The hot chocolate was very comforting on a cold winter day. I would highly recommend this place

Great small town coffee shop with delicious food. Their chicken salads are notably great, but all offerings are made with love and care. They do a fine job on specialty coffee and tea drinks, and are a friendly bunch. The atmosphere is cozy and comfy, great for all weather conditions, as even on rainy days the big windows onto Main Street give an entertaining view of St Albans

I’m in the business of drinking coffee so this quaint little coffee/bakery was a must stop.
A lot of different style seating options welcomes everyone in. Plenty to read and enjoy for all ages. Even some games!
There’s an extensive drink menu and fun specialty flavors. I got the French Toast (maple + cinnamon). Now that was good.
The food options ranged from crunchy sweet to melt in your mouth desserts and from savory quiche to hearty sandwiches.
Do yourself a favor and stop in.
We’ll be coming back.

This is the quintessential perfect coffee cafe. We discovered it by accident and make it a point to drive from Burlington every day when we visit. It has great coffee with a large tea selection even, with lots of food choices, great soothing music, and just the right atmosphere with impeccable service from friendly staff. Go and enjoy a coffee cafe the way it should be!

Got a french toast latte, maple danish and slice of quiche. Sat and read a book and soaked in the sunshine by the window. Everything was amazing. Seemed like a hot spot for people checking emails, meeting up with family or running into friends. Great vibe for getting out of the house in the winter.
