Well I never had any intentions on eating at any JJ and shame that I thought it was like another sub shop that I won’t name. This is nothing like the other guys and nothing short of excellent for my first ever visit. I ordered the Italian and it was perfect. The second I walked in I was greeted by the young lady in the front and it made the rest of the food experience well worth the visit. I highly recommend.

Literally no one else in the restaurant, and it is filthy. One employee is leaning againist the registers, as they complain about their jobs. Cussing when I have a young child with me. The person who took my order, did not listen and was charging me for 1 combo when I ordered 2. Very dissapointed. I love Jimmy John’s and have been coming to this location since it opened more than 10 years ago. It is unfortunate that a lack of leadership during certain shifts is tarnishing this eatery.

I am sick of paying $20 for a sandwich with 2 slices of paper thin meat and some lettuce. What a rip off. There is no where left to get a decent sandwich. There is literally $2 worth of product on the sandwich, if that.

Just called this place and spoke to the manager. He was extremely rude and told me because I didn’t call last night. There was nothing they could do about my order. The bread was burnt and the roast beef was extremely overcooked and looked old. The bread was so hard that you could not even take a bite into staff and management are very rude and told me that I should That important to call for a $40 order I will never be going back here again That have left reviews. I guess I’m not the only one.

Great location, however my sandwich was disgusting! This was my very 1st visit believe it or not. I wouldn’t go back again or frequent this sandwich shop at any location! There was no mayo, mustard on my bread, it was extremely dry! The salami is typical salami, provolone cheese was good. The lettuce was barely there. The tomatoes and onions were scarce. One tomato and two slivers of thin sliced onions. No pickles, even though I asked for pickles. I expect lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles on my sandwich along with mayo and mustard. I asked them what’s on the sandwich, they said lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles, mayo and mustard. Well that was a massive miss. I can honestly say, I wouldn’t go back to any location.

My first time to any JJ’s and I gotta say I’m very dissatisfied. I mean, it’s alright I guess, the kid that’s on the register needs to be changed. He doesn’t know anything about greeting, he doesn’t have any knowledge about the food they serve or anything, I was asking him about some stuff and he would always look back at the kid making the sandwiches, let alone he had his mouth full of food, made me sick when he was talking to me, anyways, I asked about the number 17, all he told me was what I read on the board, like alright? Then the total was kinda ridiculous, it came out to be about eight dollars and something, but then I guess that was only for the sandwich, you buy the drinks and chips separately!! So I had to pay an extra four dollars! Twelve dollars for some bread and ham, stale chips, and flat soda is NOT worth it, I should of just stayed home, I could of made all of that there. Not coming again.

That’s obnoxious for your prices. I won’t rush back. However, the young lady taking care of online orders and the young man who took our order were awesome. The sandwich makers, not so much.

“GET RID OF THE APP!!!” It’s early in the morning at 10;09 am, “Jimmy John’s” can never get it right. Why have an “App” for specifics on an order if employees are not following the instructions. “Cut in half, add napkins, name on the sandwich…..etc.”
Why have an “App” for the Jimmy John’s franchise? Get rid of the “App,” it’s useless. If not, improve your employees.
This visit to “Jimmy John’s” is saddening as this is the restaurant I choose to often go to for a gourmet sandwich and great service.

Tbh, this Jimmy John’s kinda slays. The sandwiches are always fresh and so good, like they actually care about making them right. The bread? Perfectly soft with the right amount of crunch. The ingredients? Always fresh and stacked just right.
And the staff? So friendly, it’s almost shocking. They’re quick, kind, and make the whole experience super easy and stress-free. If you want a solid sandwich with great service, this is the spot.
