Called in an order for pick up it was a plain lo main and plain fried rice I asked if they’d put broccoli in both dishes tossed in the same sauce. I get there go walk to the door there’s a guy passed out in the chair the lady asked me my order I got it there was 2 soy sauce I asked for some more sauce I like it saucy if I need to pay for more I could have. She gave me 2 more soy and 2 duck meanwhile this is not just for me it’s feeding 3 everyone need at least 3 sauces for the unsauced lo main noodle I got never ever will I be going back they continue to disappoint. Honestly I’m just taking the picture the noddles look tasty it looks good but it tastes like chemicals straight up chemicals there was hard burnt pieces in my noodles I didn’t even take 3 bites before not being able to stand it anymore.

Appears Friday night is not a good time to order delivery! The food was lukewarm upon arrival, and of poor quality. The fried rice was obviously just made and lacked body and flavor. Might have been fried for like a minute! My wife’s chicken dish had lunchmeat in it. And no fault of Uncle Chen’s but the delivery (Grubhub) was a bit late and again the driver failed to read our delivery instructions even with a 20% tip! Grubhub tipping is flawed as a tip is to reward good service but when it’s collected prior to the job being completed it’s not fair to the customer. Bad bad night!!

Very rude customer service and will hang up on you if they think they know what you’re gonna say, delivery will usually take awhile and you can’t track em because they don’t use DoorDash. Fried rice has no flavor. Def would recommend the other local Chinese spots in downtown like lil Szechuan!! Huge portions cheap food that’s actually delicious!

This is the worst place I have ever been to I spent over $30 on 2 orders of chicken wings one with white rice one with shrimp fried rice. The wings on the website is completely different than what I got. The picture on the website the wings look very light as why I asked for them to be well done. BURNT AND WELL DONE ARE 2 different things. My wings are burnt. I don’t know who told this is fried rice but it clearly is not. Upon arrival when asked for a cup of ice the man was rude. I called them about my over cooked food and the woman act like she didn’t understand what I was saying the guy was rude and told me there was nothing he could do. I said I spent my money there for food to eat not waste. He asked them woman if she told me the price over the phone. She said yes he said u agreed to pay , he is sorry but there’s nothing he could do and hung up the phone. Like clearly you can make more wings. So it’s ok to take my money and try to make me eat food as if I am an ANIMAL. Definitely not ok I will never eat here again.

Worst general tso chicken I’ve ever had. Soggy, dry, bland, and some pieces tasted completely different than others. I’m surprised how high the reviews are. Clearly state college residents have no perspective of real American Chinese. $14 for a plate I can’t finish. Terrible.

This is take out only restaurant, which is why I rated atmosphere a 3! I ordered beef with hot peppers and it was very flavorful. This was my first time ordering from Uncle Chens, but it definitely won’t be my last !

What a nightmare. Ordered food well over an hour and half ago and never got it. Called three different times and they told me it was on the way each time. Place is a total mess. Would not recommend to anyone. Save your time and save your money.
