I ordered 2 meals, and both were made identical. The burgers had none of the additional items like pickles, ketchup, and mustard, and they didn’t even give us sauce for the nuggets. There is definitely a lack of pride at this store.

It was on July 5th, that my family passed through the MickieD’s (McDonalds). . The manager, with whom I engaged briefly, Kristi, was not so pleasant… short-tempered is the best word I prefer to use. With that mentioned, that negative experience/interaction left me with an unpleasant impression. If it wasn’t for , I wouldn’t have given as many stars as I did… instead of staying inside the restaurant, we ate inside of our vehicle.

On 12 3025 I stopped in there first I use the order machine out from the front desk. It didn’t print my ticket and second of all I seen two girls cleaning up tables and sweeping the floor and then when they were done, they walked up to where They put orders together, neither one of them ever washed their hands and started grabbing customers food and putting in the bags why the manager was in the back somewhere and it was giggling and laughing between the girls and the cooks so I pretty much grab my food. Didn’t even say nothing walk to the nearest garbage can threw it away, but I didn’t trust it.

Ordered at the kiosk. Kiosk makes you take a table marker for “Here” orders. They call your name so you can come up to the counter to grab your meal. I held off for a second and about 2 minutes later she called my order again. I took the table marker up and asked why we have to get these if you don’t bring it to us. She silently walked away. I go back to get a sauce and the same gal from first time was on SNAPCHAT clear as day. I knocked on the counter politely…and again saying excuse me. Nothing. I again said excuse me. Then noticed the gentleman in the back also sharing phone talk with their phones in hand. Let’s not forget every table in the restaurant needed wiped down and trash picked up not only from the floor but the seating booths as well. Last but not least. Remember the part about eat in. Take a look at pic. Receipt even says eat in, yet they put it in a bag. That is not only bad service but costing the business more money. Manager needs to do some managing.

Was a little crowded, I get that. It took ridiculously long to even pay for the order, none of the kiosks were working, and no one would come to counter. Then they took the paper that literally tells them exactly what not to put on it, and they did the exact opposite. Couldn’t even eat the food since they didn’t listen to the order, and mt fries were cold. Took me 30 minutes and 14 dollars to not get to eat. I’d sooner starve then attempt to order here again. I get it is a mcdonalds, but holy, I have never had a worse experience.

Everytime I go in I order stuff with out onion due to begin allergic and yet again I gotta go back in and tell them to remake the.food bc it has onions on it it even says only ketchup and cheese. And then they get pissy. Maybe they should pay attention
