We went in and had a very poor experience.
It is cold and rainy, so we called ahead and double checked that they were open, to which they confirmed yes.
When we arrived there was no one in the front, and after they came out, I ordered the homewrecker bowl (a common menu item), but they didn’t know what went in that, so I had to tell them step by step. My husband ordered, we go to pay, and they said that “all dine in was closed” and we weren’t allowed to eat in the building…
We had come to meet family, and were unable to dine with them due to this random, unposted command that “dine in was closed” even after we called to confirm they were open!
The workers were unapologetic and generally rude.
Will not be returning!

The workers are rude and unwelcoming. They behave like they wish they was not there. You have to clean your own table and if you are blk, the employees and other customers act like you shouldn’t be there. I have been there 3 times and it’s the way everytime. Never going there again.

The food there was very tasteful. It was a very welcoming atmosphere that employee Keke was so amazing. She helped me through question that I asked and she was so polite and patient with me. She needs to be like employee of the month or something her service was top tier

I’m leaving this review saddened by my recent experience. I live in the apartments behind the location and this and chipotle seem to be the healthier options on this side of Senoia Rd. I walked in hungry. I’m a student and have been studying all day and this location is usually nice and they give great portions. I was angrily greeted by the 3 females working, one who was clearly “over it” asking me to leave because they’re closed. I walked in at 8pm on the dot and the door said they close at 9. I asked another lady was it 8or 9 that they close and she looked at me and said “9, but we’re quitting so we’re closed” I’m not mad at that because maybe there are several reasons why they needed to quit, but leaving the door open, with no sign and rudely asking me to leave as if I had any idea of this is what I found frustrating. Not much other than Mcdonald’s is open on this side this late and like I said there aren’t many “healthy” options over here. Not sure what is going on but I just feel this was a little unacceptable.

Buyer be ware. We Order Moes catering Nacho bar for 10 people. It was for my daughter’s 15th birthday get together. She really wanted Moes. For $149.00.All of the small pans came a quarter full. No way will it feed 10. Thank God she only had a couple of close friends over. I called, the lady said they weigh the food based on number of people. I get that. However, we got a Huge bag of chips and barely any toppings. I wish I could add pictures to this. If you need to feed 10 ask for 30 people worth of food. My opinion, it was way over priced.

First time visiting this location, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience.
The cashier seemed a bit rushed and not very friendly. The rice was undercooked, and the chicken had a burnt taste. Overall, the food quality didn’t meet expectations. After reading other reviews, it seems this has been a recurring issue.

I came in today for Moe’s Monday which used to mean a special price for burritos. I paid $12 for a basic burrito with no guac or queso. There wasn’t anything that should have been up charged. I paid more than I did yesterday. At least today, the food was hot. An hour after eating, I became horribly ill. So, beware if you ate there Sunday or Today.

After purchasing a burrito, this location refused to provide a water cup and required to buy a cup to get water. I have no interest in drinking soda or sugar water I simply just wanted water to go along with my burrito. Poor customer service.

This young lady with the green hair is unprofessional, especially being on her phone (on speaker) while working. Instead of antagonizing me for trying to pick up my own order, she should worry about her professionalism. Please don’t lie and say a practice that you just started doing, has “always” been in place.

Food is good. Only reason I took off a star is because their online menus isn’t the same as the actual store. For an example I ordered a birria burrito online but when I went to pick my order up there was a note on my burrito saying it wasn’t available. I had to bite into it to find out it was chicken instead. They could have reached out and gave me the opportunity to either change or cancel my order. Also if you’re ordering for a group of people (I ordered for me and 2 other people) it allows you to only pick up in store and not place it online. But other than that it’s great I love it
