We had lunch here today and it was amazing! The portions are very large and the quality of the food is so good, very fresh. We ordered Aeropuerto which is rice, noodles, egg, vegetables and steak ( you can get a different meat) and Lomo a lo pobre which had rice, steak, tomato, onion, plantain, egg and fries. Both were incredible. The sauce on the steak in Lomo a lo pobre was magical! We expect to go back soon to try more dishes and their cocktails which sound really good. Our waitress was very kind and friendly. Now, time to eat the leftovers for dinner! Thank you, Mi Causa and welcome to our neighborhood.

I can’t believe I am just now reviewing this place. The best part? It’s hard to find a place to start! First, our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Everything was described so well that he was able to convince us more than once to add items to our orders because they sounded so good. Second, he was so kind and made us feel comfortable about asking questions and at one point even showed us one of the desserts so we could see what they looked like. Third, the food was bomb. Every single one of us absolutely enjoyed our food to the fullest. Our drinks and desserts were just as amazing. One of our friends ordered something that was vegetarian so it was nice to know she was catered to as well. I feel like it’s been awhile where everything ordered was this amazing. The worst part? I absolutely hate that I’ve been in this area a hundred times and am just now seeing how lovely it is! We agreed to come back because more items need to be tried!

The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The restaurant was on the busier side, but the service was still good. The staff was really great about explaining flavors and recommended dishes that would be represent Peruvian taste. We all enjoyed our dishes, and will definitely be back to try more!

We took our DIL from Peru here and we all loved it. Delicious appetizers, cocktails and entrees. The service was awesome. We will definitely go back try more of the menu!

We ordered three of the staff favorites and were not disappointed. Me and my husband being avid local foodies, our standards may be a bit high but Mi Causa reached and exceeded those with flying colors. The food was absolutely delicious, and our waiter was most patient and gracious with our annoying questions and requests. It was fun to be able to speak some Spanish with them! Could not recommend more. If you’re looking for something healthy and unique in the twin cities area, this is a great pick!

We ordered the Yuca a la Huancaina for appetizer, Aji De Gallina, Arroz Chaufa de Carne, and cervihe. The service is great and the food is good. Not over powering with salt nor too bland. Portion is good but little pricey.

I placed an order via Uber this morning at this restaurant. I ordered seafood rice and beef noodles and it was the worst thing I could have ordered. The seafood was overcooked, the rice was too old and I don’t know what they mixed it with, it looked like curdled milk. The spoonful of food I consumed has had a stomach ache since the morning. The noodles were raw and the onions were raw. I spent $70 and it wasn’t worth it. The managers should take a closer look and pay attention to takeout orders as they are going to poison people by providing food that is outdated or in poor condition

The food was excellent. The lomo saltado was authentic. I also love the yuca a la huancaina. . The ceviche was great, but it could have been better. The chufa was also great, but there was too much egg. I’m coming back for sure. Delicious food and excellent service. Very friendly.
