Went here on a recommendation from a CoWorker. The food was ok, not over the top and definitely not the Texas Style BBQ we are used to. The food had good flavor but very little if any smoke ring or smoke flavor. I had the brisket and jalapeño cheese sausage. The brisket lacked any smoke flavor and was a tad dry but it was tender, The jalapeño cheese sausage could have use more jalapeño, but I get why some people tone it down. I would eat here again while in town.

Don’t mess with ordering ahead of time. I placed the order 3 hours ahead and was given excuse after excuse when I got there of why it wasn’t ready. 1st it was they didn’t see it in the computer system, then they changed their tune to they were out of brisket so they couldn’t even make the order. $72 worth of food with the transaction pending from my account so the money was held. I was assured it was refunded and would clear within 48 hours. It was taken from my bank account as if I left with said food and not completely empty-handed like I did. I asked for other food to be substituted for what they were out of and they would not work with me. After running all day long and placing the order three hours ahead of time I was hopeful to just get some dinner for my family and go home. Don’t make the same mistake as me or you’ll have to dispute with your bank. Not worth the headache.

My parents love coming here with my boys after church. Today was a bust! My mom ordered a plate that comes with set sides (okra & mashed potatoes) and she got French fries and toast. She asked the waitress about the original sides and she tried to argue with my mom about what she ordered. Then I overheard the waitress tell multiple tables that “the owner doesn’t want to fix the fryer” thats why anything fried will take at least 30 minutes!!! Overall bad! Also considering all the food is pre-made there should be NO reason for sorry excuses! ALSO due to “broken fryer” my mom never got her okra.

Friendly service, great food! We got the Motherload and Roughneck Burger (minus the cheese) and let me say, wow! As I ate that burger I kept stopping and looking at my wife and saying, dang, this is so ridiculously good. The Motherload was a huge plate of food that was delicious as well. You could easily share it with someone and both be stuffed. Their seasoned fries were perfect. I would highly recommend this place.

Incredible service from Josh. The amount of food for the price can’t be beat. The quality of the food is outstanding. Definitely recommend. They also have a valentine’s day weekend special of a free appetizer for every two entrees purchased and $5 card which was amazing!

The salad was big but the tomato’s or something tasted bad! My food was cold sent it back got some of it was hot most not! sent some of did not come back! the service started out ok but the lady did not like complaints about the food! and it was a 65 dollar ticket! so I will not be back!!

The restaurant was clean and our server was polite. The food was pretty good, but something bad is going on with their soft drinks. First, I ordered a root beer and it tasted terrible, like it had jalapeño juice in it. I sent it back and got a Dr. Pepper. Somehow, it was even worse! I sent it back and got an iced tea which tasted fine. I read another review with a similar experience. We’ve all seen the videos of what these soda machines look like when not properly sanitized. So, I don’t recommend this place until they fix what ever it is that is contaminating their sodas.

Online ordered, had a error message after I ordered, so called and spoke to young lady named Jessica, she was so kind on the phone and confirmed my order did in fact process, I asked if she could add regular BBQ Sauce, because the app does not give it the option, and when I arrived Jessica was the Server that handed us our order, and she was so sweet and kind to us, even offered the drink carrier, with out us needing to ask. Meal was delicious and again thank you so much to Ms Jessica.

Writing things like this aren’t fun. I ordered a platter with their chicken, brisket, and a sausage. The meat had no flavor. If anything even saw a seasoning, I am sure it was only from the bbq bottles on the table. The food looked good, but it definitely wasn’t bbq.

I had eaten there years ago, and wasn’t very impressed. This visit reminded me why. We were seated promptly and the host was very kind. The waitresses were very good, one was training, very polite. One thing about them, they brought our drinks, took our order, brought our food. Those were the only times we saw them, other than bringing the check.
Ordered the bacon cheeseburger, had a great flavor, too bad it was cold. I also thought fries were supposed to come with it. I ordered fried okra, had a decent flavor, too bad it to was cold. My friend ordered her meal with mash potatoes; got okra, it too was cold. No tea refills. This visit reminded me why I don’t go there.
