I really like this Domino’s. Their pizza is always good for a good price. The reason for this review today is because of the communication skills that John possesses. He greets everyone that comes in, he smiles, and keeps people informed about their order. I was definitely impressed by John’s customer service skills! Thank you for the great experience.

Ordered through the app and they screwed up the order completely. Paid for extra mushrooms and cheese and didn’t get it. Asked for no Parmesan on the crust and it’s there. These people need to go back to school and learn how to read again. The only remedy they offered was two new pizza right away (keep in mind we waited 1hr when it said 23 minutes). It is 9:30 at night. No credit to account for the missing items. This is crap! This will be the last time I ever order from Domino’s pizza. This isn’t their first screw up. At least the previous manager (New manager is John) would comp you the pizzas another day. Photos speak for themselves.

Asked for double pepperoni and double cheese. Most slices had less than 4 slices of pepperoni. Most of the pizza was bald because there was no cheese or toppings….

Just earned a 1 star and lost business and i love being loud about thieves.
I included my reciept and a photo of the eugene location and what double pepperoni looks like, they gave me 9 to 11 pepperoni per slice.
Yall need reported to the franchise.
The promotions is ANY amount of toppings. You do not get to pick and choose because you dont want to lose money while you lie to consumers.
Lying businesses are the worst. Just opt out like a responsible locatiom that respects its customers

Poor quality of food…. I order the same thing from dominoes everytime the family wants pizza, and it’s usually pretty consistent, but moving to Florence these guys killed my pizzas lol they were all over cooked and charred on the toppings, my 3 yo couldn’t chew through the meat, my 5 yo complained about mixed toppings on a Canadian bacon and Pineapple pizza after finding some onion and a pepper lol, and the sauce on my white topping was basically non existent, very dry and also burnt 🙁 40 bucks wasted on dinner. Disappointing, looks like I’ll probably return because my damn kids and their pizzas, but nobody ate the 40 dollars in pizza I spent which was super Disappointing coming from a single mom of 4.

Lots of minor problems like not being cooked well done as ordered, topping or sauce mistakes, staff is great.
They never have paper plates and rarely have napkins. Everytime I complain they get them for about a month and then gone again.

Just ordered pizza right before they closed, walked to go get the pizza. Was hot and delicious and I scarfed a piece on the way back to friend’s house. Pizza was demolished in minutes! Service was delightful both on eyes and behaviour! Good job fellas! Keep up the excellent work and Thankyou very much!

Everything else was closed so we decided to go here. Best decision of the day! The pizza was hot and so delicious! The customer service is really good too! We will definitely be back. Next time it’ll be our first choice when we are hungry in Florence!
