Highly recommend the ribeye! Although it was thinner (12 oz) than I prefer, it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The garlic truffle fries were delicious and the broccolini was also well seasoned. And don’t forget the specialty martinis, they are top-tier!

What a wonderful evening we had tonight! My salmon was perfect and my husband loves the Amish Chicken. Our Crème Brûlée was fabulous! Many restaurants have good food but what makes Chris McD’s even more amazing is that every staff member: the servers, chefs, bartenders and hosts are welcoming, efficient and creative. Shanti (forgive me if this is misspelled) was knowledgeable, warm and provided fabulous service! We have been customers for many years. We look forward to our next visit!

Probably the best elegant restaurant in Columbia. Great for dates and girls nights. The food was so good I forgot to take pictures. We loved our drinks at the bar and the service was phenomenal (no exaggeration). I don’t think I’ve ever seen such team work and efficiency and I was a waitress at multiple restaurants. Plus it’s a great place for instagram worthy pictures.

I had the tomahawk steak. It was a very good steak and presented well, but it wasn’t better than any other ribeye. The fried potatoes were good and spicy. I like spice. But some might not like it. The corn was on the cob covered in an odd but tasteful sauce.
I recommend NOT sitting in the last booth by the kitchen. The doors to the kitchen were very busy and would stick open. The kitchen was loud, and traffic was constant (see video). It spoiled my wife’s experience. With our next reservation, we’ll request a booth along the North wall.

What an excellent steak! Love the atmosphere. Cozy bar area. Friendly staff. The menu boasts great steaks, salmon, and Lobster Risotto. Appetizers include Ahi Tuna, Baked Shrimp and Crab dip, Mediterranean steak flatbread, and Crab cakes, Half warm spinach salad is tasty! Wedge salad was delicious too! This is a higher end restaurant with a nice atmosphere and ambience. Can’t forget the desserts! Chocolate chocolate cake! Yes!! Highly recommend.

Everyone in our party loved the dish they ordered. Food was presented well and very good! We ordered appetizers, main courses, sides, drinks and desserts. All was fantastic! The server was very attentive and friendly. We had a guest with us who has a food allergy and the server and staff were very helpful with that. Restaurant was very clean.

What a way to celebrate a college graduation! The location is very unassuming (in a strip mall) but once you step inside, it’s a vibe that is a welcome surprise!
The service was excellent. Our waiter, Chris, was very informative & energetic.
The food was great…every course! We ordered the wings & crab dip as appetizers. All good and everything was consumed with vigor. Steak, Lobster & Pasta were the meals consumed. Everyone enjoyed their meal. There was small capacity for a shareable slice of key lime pie. The crust on the pie was amazing!

This place is a gem! For those of you that don’t know about it in Columbia I urge you to try it. The food is amazing and the service was great. I really think they have the best pork chop in town! I’ve tried several dishes and they’ve all been good but that one is probably my favorite. Lamb chops are amazing as well. I’ll be frequenting this place for years to come hopefully.
Also the bar and bartenders (Sarah) were terrific! They have just about anything you want, Sarah made me a Pineapple Berry Martini with house infused pineapple vodka, pineapple juice, strawberry & blueberry purée, it was delicious!! So don’t forget to just come in and chill at the bar.

Made reservations on line for Saturday night. They charge $10 per person at the time you make the reservation. This is taken off the bill when you pay. We both started with a Spinach salad. It was very good. One suggestion would be to take the stems off the spinach. It would make for a nicer presentation. My wife had a fresh snapper for her entree. She enjoyed the fish. I had the Australian Waygu Strip with Lions Mane Mushrooms. The steak was pricey. But, expected for Waygu. It was exceptional and cooked to perfection. I requested medium rare and it was spot on. a shout out to our waitress, Kayla. She did a great job. Overall a great dinner experience. They have a nice variety of menu options. I highly recommend. The new owner continues the tradition established by Chris McDonald.
